I eat here anytime I’m driving through Galt and it never disappoints.
This last time I got a Burrito Supreme and the thing was massive and heavy. I’m drooling just thinking about it! It included sour cream, cheese and extra meat.
Came with a side of rábanos, jalapeños and lime.
Definitely a stop here during your travels. It is located across from the Best Western, in the Valero Gas Station parking lot.“

“The Asada Street Tacos were decent. The salsa was okay, could’ve been better with more heat or atleast the option for more heat. The jalepeno was nice and spicy, but the radish seemed a little old.
The surprising bit of it all that made the meal was the marinated fried onions. They definitely made the tacos. The service was great and quick. Definitely would go back.“

“The Mix Up food truck! I ordered the kabob plate of a ribeye kabob and a lamb kabob. Mmmm, the kabobs were delicious. Big, hunky cuts of tender, flavorful meat; all grilled to perfection. The folks working the truck were fantastic. Big, fun personalities.
What initially caught my eye was the very dramatic graphic design on the truck. It looked like a vintage movie poster with a woman in Mexican traditional garb and Arab man individually both looking contemplatively into the distance. As I walked closer, I found out they were selling Arab and Mexican food with their signature dish being their famous ribeye kabob.
I ordered the kabob plate. It came with two kabobs, rice, salad,hummus and pita bread. $22. Yup, that price point may have you thinking twice but I was able to get two meals out of this plate. The kabob serving size was huge. I chose the ribeye and lamb kabobs. Chicken was the other option. They weren't stingy on the protein serving. The meats are actual cuts of filets, not ground meat. It was tender, flavorful with a great grill to it. Instead of rice, I asked for double the salad. The salad was fresh tasting and vibrant looking. The hummus was packed with a garlicky punch.“

“I was pleasantly surprised with the food here and now I know why there’s always at least one customer in line when we drive by! Well, it would’ve been 5 stars if I didn’t get terrible diarrhea after lol! ? I’m always eating spicy and ethnic food too, so it’s safe to say it’s probably this place. Still kinda worth it tho and I want to try it again.
We tried all these for around $20! (cash only btw):
* Carne asada, birria, al pastor tacos
* Al pastor burrito
* Pupusa
My partner didn’t like the way their Al pastor tastes, but luckily I did. Tacos are solid, my favorite was the carne asada! The burrito is hefty. The ingredients were all over the place tbh and it was tough to get through huge patches of only sour cream cheese LOL (not captured in my pics). And sadly a lot of space was taken up by tortilla folds too. But I liked it a lot.
The pupusa was unpleasant to me, but my partner ate it fine. Kinda tastes like a dry tamale. Very different from Cuban pupusas! Came with a little plastic wrap pouch of pickled pepper veggies and stuff.“

The meats are always seasoned well and cooked perfectly. I always order an extra side of beans and rice as they are always delicious. Tons of nearby parking and a nice spot to sit and eat.“

“Best tacos in Lodi. I'm officially a convert. I was a loyal La Picosita customer until finally branching out and trying Las Perlas.
The quality of the meat is better.
The prices are better.
The burrito is massive.
They have asada fries.
And best of all they accept credit/debit card. The convenience of not having to search out an ATM is so understated nowadays.“

“By far the best taco truck in Lodi. The food is always so flavorful and the salsas are next level. The birria, tacos, and quesadilla are my favorites. The tortillas are far superior to other Lodi taco trucks. The service is top notch as well. They are always friedly. I love that I can order ahead as well on DoorDash for pick up or have it delivered.“

“My family and I were looking for a New Mexican spot and we definitely found it!!! The food was soooo good. We order one of everything on the menu and nothing was disappointing it ran us about $100 for 5 people to try pretty much everything they had. I will say they are alot more affordable with better food than spots in the area. You order your food at the front and the you find your own sitting. The only criticism I’ll give is I wish it was more lively inside, it’s beautiful inside no doubt but everyone is so quiet. Not a deal breaker at all I still plan to repeatedly come back! It’s a must try and a game changer for the area.“
“I was contacted on Instagram by someone from here I believe her name is Miranda. Now unprovoked she proceeded to make offensive comments about my body and my weight specifically when I indicated that I gained weight due to a medication that I was trying to get off of there was more comments about the size of my body and the excuses I make about being fat. Not only was this hurtful but it seemed concerning to me that somebody would affiliate themselves with a business publicly and make this kind of comment directly ties them to the business making this now appear to be an issue with the business as a whole and maybe not just one individual who was vicious to not just me but then some of my friends who attempted to defend me I ended up having to block her so she would stop commenting on my page but others interacted with her and she provided the same disrespect. What’s absolutely insane to me is that it was clear why I was out a way that I was I’m feeling comfortable in my body while being that weight but she refused to except that I should be comfortable in my body if I am “fat” no as a business that sells food that ain’t too good for the heart or the belly that seems concerning to me does that mean she’s looking at each of you and calling you fat because I didn’t welcome her to my page she came to it on her own and made those comments on her own. After that she proceeded to argue with a friend of mine and make homophobic comments I just cannot fathom that somebody representing a business would make any of the comments that they did I can’t find them wire human being would make any other comments that she did but me I would be very uncomfortable eating in a restaurant or her food if she’s just going to judge you for being fat her doing so that’s not where I would want to spend my money to support her business. I also happen to have all of the screenshots should she attempt to delete her comments or deny them“

“TO THE GUY WHO CALLED THIS PLACE A DUMPSTER...WOW HOW RUDE!!! I have eaten here over 500 times & I have NEVER gotten sick from eating here. I have tried EVERY taco truck in town & this is ONE of ONLY 2 that dont make me feel icky after I eat it. These ladies are LITERALLY the cleanest in town. “It’s an outside lunch truck very good and decent price I’m a truck driver so I parked near the store next to a storage. That’s the only bad part. But other than that parking for the cars is good just be kind enough and park right so other cars can park.“
