“The best waffles in Sacramento! Ordering at the window was a breeze, and right from the start, the owner was incredibly talkative and friendly. Despite not having blueberries, which he explained was due to his dedication to sourcing only the best quality ingredients, the care for food quality was evident. The waffles were absolutely delicious - crispy, crunchy, and perfectly balanced in sweetness even with the addition of chocolate.“

“This is a colorful little strip mall spot with a great salsa bar and very friendly counter service. The salsa was fresh and there are several varieties to choose from. The wife got her favorite, Camerones a La diabla and the shrimp were clean, and simmered in a rich , red sauce. The rice and beans are perfect!! I had the shrimp taco fish taco plate. The tacos were loaded with a killer slaw, cilantro and onions, and a killer sauce. I was full off one taco but if you know me, you know I finished both. This place is 10/10 and if we lived closer, would be our go to Mexican spot.“

“The food truck itself is eye-catching. Reminds me of that expensive luxury shoes with the red bottoms (Christian Louboutin). Anyhow, The truck looks so chic and clean. The staff are friendly and nice. We got the Loaded fries with sisig and egg. The fries, in spite of the creamy cheese and sisig on top, remained crispy. It has been deep-fried to perfection. The meat is well seasoned and juicy, although it didn't taste like Sisig to me. I hope they change the seasoning to how the original Sisig tastes like. Overall, it tastes good. Next time, I will definitely try the other food on the menu“
“Food truck with good food. I had fish ceviche and a carne asada Taco. Ceviche came in a cup with a couple of tostadas lime wedges and ketchup packets and crackers. Taco was a street taco and grilled onions and radishes on the side. I will be going back.“
“What a mighty fine taco truck!!. It is located on the corner of El Camino and Howe in a parking lot. Their carnitas tacos are amazing. I love the self serve condiments that you need to make your taco tasty. They have 2 kinds of salsas, onions, cilantro, limes, etc. Take notice that they only take cash. I am very happy I tried this truck out. It is now on my lunch rotation. Try them out if you are in the area. I think you will like them too“
“My husband and I had a wonderful lunch today at the Bella Grace winery in Plymouth, CA catered for wine club members by Gondo Fusion. The food was excellent. The service was wonderful and combined with the winery's wines and views of their vineyard made for the perfect day. We will definitely be looking for their "truck" again. “I stumbled upon this taco truck in my neighborhood after making a wrong turn with an empty stomach. I am so glad I did! The food was delicious, they give you huge portions and the workers are very nice. I will say the food is a little greasy but sometimes you just gotta treat yourself! I'll definitely be back.“
