“Nice vegetarian/vegan restaurant with a great selection of food. I got Aloo tikki chaat and Veggie tikka(Kofta) with rice. Aloo tikki was made freshly and had chickpeas and mint and sweet chutney on top which tasted delicious. Veggie kofta gravy was pretty good, kofta itself could've have been slightly better. The portion size are decent and pricing is reasonable.”

The first menu Item I tried was the Chicken&Rice plate with they're spicy urban sauce that is very good! Today I decided to have the Urban Green Salad w/dressing that comes with it and was like everything else, fresh and delicious!”

“Great spot, good food, decent prices, super quick service. This spot is next to my work and I have been curious about it and was in the mood for something different, this place nailed it. I went with the butter chicken, hefty helping served over rice with a decent size side salad for like $11. I ate about half of it and will be eating the other half for dinner, fully recommend this spot.”

“This restaurant is beyond amazing. Kudos to the person who trains the staff! They were welcoming, friendly, and efficient. They offered choices in our order which normally you don’t get from a restaurant ie. Crispy bacon and potatoes. Food was delivered quickly and cooked to perfection. I noticed too that the waitresses were helping each other during our dining experience. Highly recommend- a great start to our day. Quality at its best!!!”

“I had the avocado shrimp burger, and really enjoyed it. The calamari was very good. Instead of rubbery rings you get at most places the calamari here is big pieces. There was beautiful nautical artwork on the walls.”

“Excuse my lingo but the food here is slap yo mama delicious! We got the short rib , brisket and pork ribs with soul slaw and Mac and cheese. The short rib and pork ribs were absolutely amazing -- the brisket I felt could be better but still pretty good, I like the point but I think they might have gave me the flat, it felt leaner but still great smoke ring. The Mac cheese god damn it's an extra 5 bucks but taste like someone aunty made it ! Not only is the food delicious but their bbq sauce is mouth watering good, kick of spice and tangy bbq sauce is my jam. The draw back ? The place is small and including waiting in line and getting our food it probably took around 45 minutes. So call ahead if you can to reduce the wait time and help their que because I think they try to make everything as hot as possible when it's delivered to you. I am looking forward to this place growing and working out the kinks and will def stop by when in the area for good bbq which is hard to come by in NorCal.”

“Popped in because I realized I'd never had korean food outside of Korean bbq and I like trying new things.My server was very helpful and happy to answer my questions. I decided on the dolsot bibimbap, which comes in a very hot iron bowl. When she brought it out she explained that I should mix it with a spoon and that I should try it without the sauce first. She also pointed out the sauce was spicy.Initially I thought I'd made a mistake with the hot iron bowl because it kept the dish searing hot for quite some time. But as it cooled it created a very yummy layer of crispy rice on the bottom which instantly changed my mind. I'd get it this way again.The sauce she warned me about was not that spicy, and I ended up putting quite a lot of it in. She read me right! I AM a bit of a spice wimp. So if you are too, don't be scared of the spicy sauce.I also tried the seafood pancake, which is enormous and delicious. It's always lovely when I find a new favorite food. I think I'll he back for this one again.Atmosphere is nice and quiet, with inoffensive music playing. Perfect for a rainy day, and I wasn't the only person eating on my own, which is always nice.Thanks, Seoul Zip, for a very good meal. I'll be back!”

“My kids and I love coming here. It used to be a weekly stop and now that our schedule has changed we don't make it as often, but try to stop in when we're going by the area. We usually get the family box, which has more than enough food and options/customizations to feed all four of my kids plus some left over for me and their dad, more affordably than it costs to eat elsewhere for a family of six. We also love the dog-friendly patio and the excellent service we have received.”

“The best bread bowl I’ve ever tasted in my entire life. Literally what bread bowl dreams are made of and I don’t even dream of bread bowls like that. I heard good things about this place so I placed a delivery order with them and omg I can’t wait to go back. I got the creamy chicken pesto bread bowl and ooof it hit the spot. It’s delicious cheesy pasta stuffed in a garlicky soft cushiony roasted bread bowl. What more can you ask for. I can’t speak on the service or ambiance since it was only delivery but their food made its way to my heart.”

“Great bagels and quick service every time I visit I feel like I am back in Brooklyn getting a morning bagel. Most of the time it's not the morning but still anytime of day is great when the bagels are fresh like they are here. I never had a stale bagel and the sandwiches are good as well even though I feel that a little more meat may make a better sandwich it is prepared nicely and always fresh as well.”

The food is stellar, the portions are very generous, and the price is incredible considering the cost of... well, everything else in today's world.I had the General Chicken, it's a guilty pleasure I admit, and I just love it here. The chicken portions are really great quality meat and the breading between that and the sauce is just the right thickness and wonderfully crispy.It's probably for the best that I don't get to Rancho Cordova too often or my diet would be off the rails. But as a little treat on the days I cycle to allow carbs, it's perfect. So good!”

“Did not want to drive so we walked to this restaurant. It was excellent. The service was fantastic. Our waiter was Damion, and he was great. Had the bruschetta, which is a different version. It comes out warm from the oven with a little bit of honey, to put on crostini. Had a great Ceasar salad with chicken. It was well dressed and delicious.”

“I'm sitting here dreaming of eating a Caring Kitchen cookie so I thought I'd leave a review. Everything here is great, but do yourself a favor and buy (at least) one of every cookie because, WOW! The texture is exactly what you'd imagine the perfect cookie to be, and it's consistent every single time. The rotating flavors are always amazing. Even if you don't have to eat gluten free or vegan for health reasons, you'd still be blown away by all the items here! I live over an hour away and it's worth the drive. “First time up north and was craving some ramen. I can day it's very delicious and the proportions are equally great for the price . For a big ramen bowl and order of 8 gyoza it was 25 bucks. But the amount of broth and ramen you get is well worth it.I suggest doing spicy to clear your nose and warm your body on cold day.”

Both were excellent, flavorful and a little spicy. Not sure what makes this a slider and not a burger, I could go either way. Perfect meal, didn’t have to wait too long and it came out fresh and hot. To accommodate my dairy allergy, the chef made my Chicken Makhani with coconut milk instead of regular cream, and WOW! My mouth is watering as I type this. The service was excellent. The space has some kitschy little touches like a silverware clock and outlet plug ins in the booths??? It could definitely benefit from a little face lift. Service was another area that could have used a little improvement. We were greeted and seated and then left to our own for a bit. The menu options are plentiful which is not always a good thing. The food was mostly hit or miss for us. The hash browns on the Benedict are very pretty but were left uneaten due to the stale grease taste. The scramble was pretty tasty. This is a 3.5 star review for us which I will round up for being a family run establishment.”

“4/13/24- I came in for Horchata only to find out you don't have it at this location. This after I had ordered and paid for my food. That didn't matter because of the great customer service I received.Christian was on duty and he greeted me on my way in. This is my first time as we don't have Pollo Loco in the Midwest. He was friendly and took time to answer my questions.I asked about discounts, promotions and coupons. He went over the menu and helped me order. Very patient. He treated other customer's who came in after me the same way.Lupe prepared my plate. She gave me salsa, napkins and utensils. I was impressed because not everyone does this. She made sure to ask if I needed anything else.The crew was working handling the drive thru and customers walking in. Lorenzo was friendly and offered to assist me when I asked for names. I do this to include them in my review.I did not wait long for my food as the service is fast both inside and drive thru.My meal was perfect. I had the three piece thigh and leg meal with beans and rice. It comes with two corn or flour tortillas. They offer three types of salsa or you can have all three. I noticed they are not stingy. The size of the portion is good two share. As for me I enjoyed it all ?While I was eating my dinner I noticed the sunset coming down. It was a nice view while I ate dinner.After my meal I met Teresita because I ordered churros. She was on duty. I found out she's the manager, so I expressed that she has a good crew. I told her I would do this review.I hope Christian and Lupe get a shout out along with this crew. Thanks to them not having Horchata didn't matter because the customer service was great!If I lived here this would be my place.Ya Sabes!Vegetarian options: I notice a variety of meals and I am sure they can tell you what they offer that I may have missed. “The ladies at this location KILL it constantly. We typically order 8-14 drinks at a time and never have problems. They're always hella cool about the big order and friendly. Never have had an issue here.”

“The food here was not bad. The grilled chicken tasted like Teriyaki chicken, similar to what I've had everywhere else and the Katsu chicken was pretty good. The actual pieces of chicken inside were reallyyy thin but it still tasted good. The problem with the meat being so thin, the breaded part gets hard and isn't balanced with the amount of chicken given so part of the time you're just eating bread.I was hoping this would give more of an exciting flavor. It seems pretty average in terms of what you get everywhere else. Costa Vida and Panda are right across the parking lot so having something very similar in terms of flavor doesn't help but it was still good food.In terms of the Atmosphere, I was a little disappointed in how some employees dressed. There's no sense of professionalism in the industry anymore. You can't tell the difference if they're an employee or even if they're a male or female. Sorry, hate to break it but I was served by a "????" That had short green hair, a nose piercing, and a mustache. How do I even address them? "They?". They definitely need to work on dress codes (for some employees) and how they present themselves. She, he, they, whatever "they" are, seemed like a nice person but cmon. The face of your employee is the face of your company... Also, minimum wage for fast food and service prices have gone up like CRAZY yet the service and presentation of employees has decreased exponentially. This doesn't go for just this restaurant, it goes for most. Rant done. Food was good.”

The food was on time, fresh, hot, packaged in big boxes, and they even brought it all to my car and loaded it in. I've never got anything that I haven't liked.They have a small self-serve chip bar with a great assortment of different types of salsas at all spice levels, so there's something for everyone. If you want limes for anything, just ask and they're happy to provide them from the kitchen.I typically get the chicken tacos. 3 is enough. On Tuesdays they run a taco Tuesday special and the tacos are ridiculously low priced.My only complaint is that the tacos can be somewhat watery. I don't know if that's because of the way that they cook the chicken? The tacos are still excellent, it's just not something that I'm used to when ordering street style tacos. I've also got the super burrito a handful of times. This also is an excellent choice when I'm more hungry and the tacos won't cut it.Id recommend this spot to anyone, especially if you work in the area. Quick friendly service with good food.”

That didn't matter because of the great customer service I received.Christian was on duty and he greeted me on my way in. This is my first time as we don't have Pollo Loco in the Midwest. He was friendly and took time to answer my questions.I asked about discounts, promotions and coupons. He went over the menu and helped me order. Very patient. He treated other customer's who came in after me the same way.Lupe prepared my plate. She gave me salsa, napkins and utensils. I was impressed because not everyone does this. She made sure to ask if I needed anything else.The crew was working handling the drive thru and customers walking in. Lorenzo was friendly and offered to assist me when I asked for names. I do this to include them in my review.I did not wait long for my food as the service is fast both inside and drive thru.My meal was perfect. I had the three piece thigh and leg meal with beans and rice. It comes with two corn or flour tortillas. They offer three types of salsa or you can have all three. I noticed they are not stingy. The size of the portion is good two share. As for me I enjoyed it all ?While I was eating my dinner I noticed the sunset coming down. It was a nice view while I ate dinner.After my meal I met Teresita because I ordered churros. She was on duty. I found out she's the manager, so I expressed that she has a good crew. The short rib and pork ribs were absolutely amazing -- the brisket I felt could be better but still pretty good, I like the point but I think they might have gave me the flat, it felt leaner but still great smoke ring. The Mac cheese god damn it's an extra 5 bucks but taste like someone aunty made it ! Not only is the food delicious but their bbq sauce is mouth watering good, kick of spice and tangy bbq sauce is my jam. The draw back ? The place is small and including waiting in line and getting our food it probably took around 45 minutes. So call ahead if you can to reduce the wait time and help their que because I think they try to make everything as hot as possible when it's delivered to you. I am looking forward to this place growing and working out the kinks and will def stop by when in the area for good bbq which is hard to come by in NorCal.”
