all the times i’ve come here i’ve gotten great friendly service from the baristas except for one rare instance with one person a while ago which i wouldn’t hold against the whole crew today, im happy with this starbucks location and actually believe it to be one of the best in the area. i love that the cashier at the window always has a friendly greeting and says have a great day. it’s the real small stuff like that that makes a big difference as it builds up overtime.
I have to mention the Barista at this location her name is Hannah she is the best. She always has a smile on her face and is the most pleasant one there. I'm there every morning and she knows my order and always makes sure everything is good. When she isn't there it just isn't the same something is always wrong with my order or like the other day they didn't even register my order when I gave it at the drive thru and they tried to give me someone else's order. This Starbucks is small so unfortunately if you’re in a group they only have 1 large table. I ordered coffee for our group and asked after where the creamer was - they don’t leave the creamer out anymore, you are supposed to ask for it when you order - what? The staff aren’t friendly and don’t answer the phone.
