I ordered on the app and it was pretty cool how the blonde lady at the front changed my fries upon pick-up. I’m assuming it was sitting there. Even though I had ordered maybe 10-15 minutes prior to coming in.
Great service by her. Shows she cares about customer experience.
Also, food is always hot when I pick-up.

McDonald's is known for its great customer service and delicious food. The employees are friendly and provide quick service, making it convenient for customers. One reviewer mentioned having the best double cheeseburger there, while another appreciated the consistent quality of the food. The restaurant has been updating its decor, which many find to be a positive change, although ordering on a kiosk can sometimes be frustrating. Fortunately, staff members are helpful and polite, often stepping in to take orders or assist with menu items like the hash brown. The location is easy to access, and the staff often deliver food directly to vehicles in the drive lane, with condiments and drinks prepared in advance. Customers also note that the restaurant inside is clean and service is prompt. Some find the overall look of the suburban plaza too beige and modern, reflecting a fast, cost-effective style, but the food quality and friendly service remain consistent. The ice cream is delicious, although some customers feel the burger patty is not as fresh as in other countries. Overall, this McDonald's offers a pleasant experience with good food and helpful staff.
