“I haven't ordered food from here yet. I only came to play pool and darts so far with the spouse and son. Son was home from UCLA. Good place to catch up and have fun. Son had fun as well. He'd never played pool before. I Don't know what kind of reputation this place had before the new management took over a few years ago in reading the reviews. We'll be back for sure.“
“This was our first visit to Rosie's. We stopped in to this family run spot for breakfast last week. The space has some kitschy little touches like a silverware clock and outlet plug ins in the booths??? It could definitely benefit from a little face lift. Service was another area that could have used a little improvement. We were greeted and seated and then left to our own for a bit. The menu options are plentiful which is not always a good thing. The food was mostly hit or miss for us. The hash browns on the Benedict are very pretty but were left uneaten due to the stale grease taste. The scramble was pretty tasty. This is a 3.5 star review for us which I will round up for being a family run establishment.“
“It's right next to the Residence Inn, so you can walk. You can get a huge burger + sides for under $15 excluding tip.Very delicious. There are a variety of alcoholic beverages, so it's a good place to go with a light heart when you don't feel like going far.“
“We decided to try out a new to us place. We arrived for brunch after 10 am on a Sunday. The expected wait was 20 minutes, but it was closer to 10. Our server was friendly and gave us time to peruse the vast menu ( actually 3 menus). We started with coffee, hot chocolate, and an Irish coffee. We also ordered waffles to start. My partner and I split a sticky maple pecan. I forgot to take a picture of the full dish, but it was everything it advertised, sticky, maple, with bacon. The waffle itself was a Belgian gingerbread. It was definitely delicious. We moved on to entrees, I had the breakfast Sammy, others had the Folsom omelet, seafood, loco, and salmon Benedict. The portions were large, the food was hot. My hash browns were crispy. The only slight disappointment was the crab cake was very bready in the loco. The sandwich was full of bacon, eggs, and avocado. It was really good. We decided to add this location to our Sunday rotation. The service was excellent. The crew worked together seamlessly. If you like to drink, there's a full bar, specialty drinks and of course, mimosas.“
“This place goes Kau-rayyyzyyy! Warm and comforting ambience, fantastic service, exceptional dishes and an awesome host running the floor…emitting an overall welcoming, fun and chill vibe. Possibly the best version of Eggs Benedict I have EVER had and don’t even get me started on the Chicken Long Rice-this dish for me felt made with love and soul! 20/10 thank you all for the amazing brunch and overall experience! ✨? “
“I'm embarrassed to say this but I grew up in Orangevale and this was my first time here! And all I can say is WOW! I have been missing out! Maria was our server and she was amazing. So nice and attentive. Great service. And the food? I can't find a monte cristo anywhere. It was soooo good! Prices were great and you get so much food! We will definitely be back!“
“Saw this place when I was visiting a different restaurant near by.I finally went for a late lunch with my friend. We scoped out the menus in advance and was excited. We wanted tasty food and drinks. This was found at this restaurant. The drinks were yummy and had a good presentation.Omg! The best Brussel sprouts ever! So crispy and delicious. My burger was yummy. The fries were a little meh.Server was friendly and bubbly made the dinning experience wonderfully. They offer seating inside and out.“
“Quite solid for the area. Caesar split was more than enough. Two 8 oz filets with strong sides. Decent wines (I had the Faust). It's not Mastros but it's not priced like that either. Cool small desserts (key lime was the best) so you could try a few.“
“Their Pollen in Love cocktail was really good. One of the bartenders also made me an excellent Last Word and even gave me a small straight pour of some green chartreuse because I mentioned I never had the opportunity to try that liqueur before. The bartenders here are very clearly talented professionals and they have a great liquor selection.“
“We had our wedding reception here back in September and it was a hit with all of our guests. Everything from the food to the cocktails to the service was exceptional for our special day and we couldn’t be happier. One of the things I greatly appreciate with the owner ( Sommer) and event coordinator/ GM (Greg) is the consistency of care, attention to detail, professionalism and staff friendliness. They just get the hospitality business and they understand what it means to create a welcoming environment from top to bottom. We had an absolute blast and will always support this amazing local business! Thanks y’all! If you’re thinking about having an event here, Just do it!“
“I am thoroughly impressed with our food tonight! My wife ordered pick up.+The sides seem to be in better containers with a good amount of food in them.+The honey cinnamon butter was impressively packed in one large container full, instead of a million small containers.+The yeast rolls seem to have either improved recipe or perfectly baked, instead of over baked. They were light in color and soft. Even though they were cold by the time they got home, they didn't need to be reheated. They were still so delicious. What an improvement!+The steak was sirloin 16oz. By the time it got home, it wasn't warm anymore, but that's perfectly normal because we live like 25 minutes away. But the steak was cooked and seasoned so perfectly and do tender!+I appreciate the freshness sticker on the honey cinnamon butter container.-I wish they would open a Texas Roadhouse in Roseville. This place has the best steak, for the best deal! It's totally worth the 25 minutes to pick up, and 25 minutes to bring it home.Thank you Texas Roadhouse staff, and management and owner, you guys are doing great and your improvements and upgrades totally are showing.Sorry I didn't take more pictures o was really hungry and it was so good.“
“This was our first time at Fourk. The food was outstanding, wine pairing was spot on, service was wonderful, and the atmosphere was comfortable. The noise level was low enough that we could have a conversation at the table. I can't wait to come back and bring a group of friends.“
“Matteo's Pizza & Bistro is a lovely classy restaurant that has a beautiful indoor and outdoor dining area. I especially love to come here on warm summer nights and sit outside with the hanging bulbed lights, water wall and lush vegetation surrounding the outdoor patio area. It's wicked pleasant. Their menu is a good size and they offer specials and change up dishes based on whats in season. I really like their pasta dishes especially. This visit I hot the scallops and they were summer yummy and sliced like butter. I also got to try the salmon tacos which were good and satisfying and their roasted beet salad. That reminds me, I love their salads too. They also sell wine and if there's a wait it's fun to wander around their wine display and check out the different labels. Wonderful servers too and host. Will be back;)“
“The food is great, the flavors are on point. The wait to be seated is reasonable and expected during the weekends; however the wait time after being seated is very long even when there are not that many people. I would suggest take out instead of dine in.Kid-friendliness: There is a kids menu and the atmosphere is appropriate for children/families.“
“We really enjoy our visits here, we have come by for lunch and dinner. It's a pretty chill place normally. We did come by on a Friday night and they had karaoke in the bar, which was fun to hear. The manager really helped us when had an issue with the food. The item was removed from the check and a glass of wine was comped. Really appreciated how quickly he responded. Whenever we are in town, this place is a definitely on our list.“
“This is a great place to stop by if you want a hearty meal with large portions. It's like eating at your grandma's house. Everything was delicious, and I love the charm of the diner. Service was quick, and I never had an empty cup of coffee.“
“Very nice place near by our house but they will charge you extra for just using card. The price of the foods is decent. They should let people know that they will charge you extra if you use credit card. Otherwise, people can pay with cash. We love to support local but not when the charge you 2-3 dollars just for using card. We can go to chili's and get better deals and they won't charge you for using card.“
“Been here twice in last 3 weeks with my buddy and neighbor Mike. The food was pretty good for a sports bar. Our server the first time was Candace and last night Thursday September 28 was Teresa. Both times the servers were outstanding. They each were fun, friendly and very attentive. They both really added to an already good vibe. Loads of TV's and good viewing layout although the sound was very uneven between tv's and couldn't hear the broadcast for the Packer game. We expect to become regulars here because of the food and the servers. Hope they can sort of the audio issues. Really a fun place !!! Ron K.“
“I’ve been here several times and they never disappoint. Their Bloody Mary you can’t have just one. Bring your appetite because everything on their menu is on par. Their staff are all friendly and courteous. The owner is the best. I’ve been coming here a long time so this is one of my go to spots for brunch, happy hour, lunch or dinner and drinks. Patio tables for outside seating are available too. Good vibes. Great fun place!“
“Amazing desserts! I've been going here for years , it's one of my favorite spots in Sacramento. The carrot cake, the tarts, the cherry pie, the endless assortment of treats here are phenomenal and the customer service is excellent. Highly recommend!“
“Parking: Busy during happy hour and rightfully so. Their HH cocktails are very reasonably priced. Only flaw of this visit was the Brussel sprouts. Too much stem which causes bitterness. The sever was kind enough to take it off the bill. Will go again.“
“Great little place to hang out and watch a sports game or listen to live music. The bartender was very polite and had a great personality and loved her purple hair.. Go Sacramento Kings... My friend ordered the pizza and she said it was very good. They have a pool table and dance floor for live bands. They do have leather couches too. Anyway, I was very pleased with going to the The Couch and having a great time .“
“Alright, I admit, I have been driving past this place for decades. I always thought "Huh, cool name. I should stop sometime" but never did for some reason. Last night my wife and I were driving past after an event in Rocklin and we decided to finally give it a shot. Why have we not been here before?! An incredibly cozy and fun neighborhood bar. Great food; my cheesesteak was amazing and the homemade chips were on point. The prices are totally fair. The ambience was fun with a lot of regulars in good spirits. The music was there but not so loud that you couldn't hold a conversation. Apparently one of the owners is from Chicago, so there is plenty of Cubs and Bears paraphernalia along with SF gear (the other owner is NorCal) and it definitely has the Midwest "neighborhood bar" vibe. I half expected to see a bottle of Mallort behind the bar. Anyway, you should definitely stop driving by The Glass Turtle and stop in!!“
“Great food and Mimosas! Waitress took quite a bit to come take our order, but we werent in a hurry. Nicely decorated and cute silly sayings on the walls about Mimosas. All types of flavors of Mimosas. All types of prices too. :) You can definately find what you're looking for here. I recommend it!“
“I've only come here a couple times but every time I did I've really enjoyed it with my family. The restaurant has a close and welcoming touch and makes me feel welcomed. The food is good too. The young ladies at the front are always are so sweet and attentive and take good care of the customers that come in like me and my family.“
“For our monthly "Fridate," my friend and I chose Wildwood Kitchen and Bar. Fabulous food: the Branzino sea bass was flaky, well-seasoned, cooked to perfection! The grilled asparagus adds a nice touch to the meal and the creme brûlée' is a must! We also tried their New Zealand Sauvignon blanc - light and smooth, great pairing with the food. The host and server were very attentive. Yes, I'd definitely go back!“
“Went here after shopping had the philly cheese steak made with Filet. Also the spicy chicken pasta. The sandwich and fries were great very tender good flavor the roll super soft and tasty. The spicy pasta was good just not very spicy. The servers were good very fast and efficient“
“I planned to take my husband to breakfast, but we missed the breakfast menu by a few minutes (1 pm). I was disappointed as I really wanted eggs and pancakes, but my food was delicious! I ordered the stir-fry as it was recommended by our waitress and a margarita. My husband ordered the Cuban sandwich, and he said it was an 8 out of 10. We sat outside as it was a really beautiful day. I can tell Cafe Bernardo is going to be one of my favorite places to eat in Sacramento.“
“Great tasty Food, visited on a Saturday was not very busy and still take us like 45 to get our food we ordered appetizers that came the same time with the meal didn’t enjoyed that and also left us a long time with no drinks they can improve the service checking on tables and putting the appetizers orders first not together with the meals in my opinion.“
“Friday after a very long day at the office, I was starving. Drove 20 miles from Elk Grove to Arden Fair just for this particular white sauce shrimp pizza! I did wait more than 30 minutes, but the outcome was worth the wait. Served was very pleasant and kind. The ambiance was perfect. Not too loud. The game was on. But, all I wanted was the pizza. They definitely got it right!“
“Fun restaurant and atmosphere. The bartender was extremely busy, but took great care of our big group.Vegetarian options: Vegetarian options and substitutions were available. Beyond meat was available to sub for sandwiches/burgers/tacosDietary restrictions: Vegetarian and sub options were available or clearly labeledParking: Large free lot in front of the restaurantKid-friendliness: Highchairs were available. There was a kids section on the menu available alsoWheelchair accessibility: The restaurant was large and accessible. The mini golf course was also accessible for strollers“
“I got the butter chicken plate in a combo with fries, my husband got the butter chicken gyro with fries. The butter chicken is very good and the rice is incredibly fragrant and flavorful. The salad that came with it had shredded lettuce, cucumber and a very nice creamy dressing. The fries are a less peppery and less greasy version of what you would get a Rally's/Checkers, very good. They play really nice relaxing synth-pop covers of popular songs that we also really enjoyed. The soda machine is in the dining area, so you can refill as needed. The person who took our order was super nice and helpful. Would highly recommend.Kid-friendliness: Nice, family friendly music, soccer on the TV, nice staff.“
