“Everything was really tasty and the service was excellent. Didn't give 5 stars for food because the steam egg I ordered was burnt on the bottom and the kimchi banchan was not spicy. I like spice and I felt like nothing was spicy. Luckily I ordered hot sauce and that helped save the meal for me.“
“I just had the best oven baked chicken of my life!! Yep, I said it. Oh my goodness gracious. It was juicy, super meaty and the flavor was perfection. Yes, it took a little longer than I expected but everything is made fresh and is definitely worth the wait for this quality! Let's get a little more accustomed to waiting for good quality food.I scarfed it down so there are no pics but I will definitely take some next time. I will also try some of the sides and different sauces. The fact that they got such a classic so right makes me think the rest will be just as delicious. Give them a try, you will be happy you did.“
“Lovely atmosphere and outstanding service! The spring rolls with pork and yummy peanut sauce were delicious. Chicken stir-fry also delish--vegetables were cooked yet still slightly crispy. Pho broth very tasty. Pleasurable dining experience“
“Can't believe I didn't take any pictures to post with the review but everything was so delicious and tasted so fresh! We ordered the Mikey special, Lindsay special, Deep fried California, Fireball and 911.Each roll had its own unique taste so it was hard for me to pick a favorite. The price was more than fair for the quality of fresh ingredients, presentation and their service.Definitely recommending to everyone and will be going back again.“
“Took my best friend & mom here to experience the "hot pot" life... & they LOVED it! You get to choose your own sides/noodles, so each of us were able to eat what we wanted & cook it how we liked it. It was their first time so they were amazed at how easy it was. We chose 2 different broths. The beef & the lemon grass. Both of them were delicious! My favorite part is that it's self serve. You don't have to wait on anybody because everything's already set out in the fridge for you to grab. The employee there was also very friendly. He checked on us a couple of times and cleared our plates once we were finished. There wasn't a lot of people there, just one other group so it was nice & calming. Even as more people came in it didn't get too rowdy. For all 3 of us it did cost around $90, plus tip. So we spent $100. Not bad for the amount of food we ate. By the end we were satisfied & full. If you're looking for a quick place to go with delicious food, go here. You won't regret it“
“We started ordering out from here and were pleasantly surprised with the amazing sushi and reasonable prices. We have now started coming in at least once a week to eat in. They are so kind and offer great service along with the delicious sushi and sashimi! We’ve tried a lot and have never disliked anything.“
“Not one time in my life have I ever ordered teriyaki anything, I went here because they have lumpia, which was delicious. So I ordered the teriyaki chicken plate (#1) it was pretty dam good, and the portion was pretty big, this place has just made their way onto my lunch list. The attached pic. is after I ate off it for 10 minutes.“
“Good service and fresh food with friendly staff. Very clean as well. Definitely an Asian gem in Folsom. Perfect for filling the hotpot void without driving to Sac. Only wish is for beer on tap and hot sake, like one of their competitors, but that's just my preference.“
“The food here is so fresh and perfect for any pallet. Their soups and chicken are amazing and the kimchi is so fresh and light. The staff are so kind and you can tell they take care in their food. Definitely my favorite Korean restaurant in sacramento.“
“Very yummy food! The waitress was very kind, the food is delicious, the place is clean and welcoming with really good music. They have hard drinks, boba/teas, sodas and all different kinds of hot pots and vermicelli! Definitely try this place alone or with friends, it’s soooo good! :)“
“I had lunch here for the first time and was very satisfied with the experience. The restaurant itself is clean and nicely furnished. The waiter was friendly and the food came out quickly. The Hot and Sour soup was among the best I've ever had, and the pork pot stickers were very good (a bit more "sear" on the dumplings would have been ideal) - complimented by the uniquely flavorful dipping sauce. I will certainly be back to try more of their dishes and I would definitely recommend this restaurant to those looking for good-quality Chinese food in a pleasant environment. Bon a petit!“
“Filipino-Asian fusion eats in Antelope CAThis restaurant has been on my radar since they opened in 2021 now finally made it here for dinner. Now I'm wondering why I haven't made it here sooner. Hubby and I placed our order at the order-counter for two longsilogs. Longsilog is a traditional Filipino dish that's served for breakfast but any of the "silog" dishes are good any time of the day. The dish and its name includes a combination of longganisa sausage (Filipino-style sausages), sinangag (garlic rice) and itlog (fried eggs). For our drinks we ordered Strawberry Lilikoi (canned drink) and Passionfruit Fruit Tea w/ boba. We received our orders 15 mins later. The Longsilog was delicious and it was a generous portion. We then ordered halo-halo and to go orders for 6-pc pork lumpia and 6-pc deep-fried pork & shrimp Shumai for my daughters. The halo-halo was topped with Ube ice cream and a cube of flan. I'm glad the hubby and I shared it because it was a lot for one person (even though some will beg to differ). The interior is small with a few table seating but it is nice and modern inside with a huge mural on one side of the wall. Service is a bit on the slow side but the prices are reasonable, the place is clean, and the employees are friendly. I also enjoyed the playlist they had on the speaker... we didn't realize it but we were there for 2.5 hours. We arrived at 5:15p and didn't leave until 15 mins before they closed at 7:00p. “The food is very good. I've eaten here several times in the past few years. They have great portions of food no matter what I've ordered. I've had the Fried-Soft Shelled basket which came with two soft shelled crab and a side of Fry's. I've also sampled their salt and pepper frog legs which also comes with Fry's. And I've ordered the "Boiling Seafood Combination," #1 which comes with Shrimp, mussels, clams, corn, potatoes, and sausages. And I might add that you can pick your own flavor as well as heat. The service is good, they keep the beverages coming and are very friendly. And the ambiance is nice as you can either eat at a table or pick a booth if you want more privacy while dining with friends or family. And they have several TV"s for your viewing pleasure. I'd highly recommend this eatery.“
“I wanted to try a new spot close by to my work, they did not disappoint! I got the pork soup dumplings & pork buns and both are delicious. They were more than happy to explain to me what sauces to pair with them as well, thank you guys! Will be nice to have somewhere new to go to for lunch with good food. ?“
“The food was delicious - it always is. We've never had a bad meal here. And the service is the best. Sarah is OUR server and she's fantastic. So very friendly yet completely professional. We absolutely love her! And Sofia the hostess, Amir the manager, Jackson the busser, and, of course, Tina who's just a special lady and does a little bit of everything! A really great place and staff.“
“Passed this place all the time and finally decided to give it a chance, and I'm glad I did. The menu has a variety of drinks to choose from, and because I'd never tried boba before this, I didn't know which one to get. Thankfully, the cashier was kind enough to assist me with my decision, by offering suggestions. The takoyaki was tasty and the atmosphere was really cozy. I'll definitely be coming back for more!“
“Vegetarian options: Not a vegetarian so was not paying extra attention.Dietary restrictions: The help there is highly educated, and will be glad to help you.Parking: Right in front of the restaurant.Kid-friendliness: Everything is friendly here.Wheelchair accessibility: Looks reasonable.“
“Use the Groupon for a good chunk off!Food is not bad. Got the big city combo which was more than enough food for two. Garlic butter was mostly butter, needed more garlic! Shrimp was kind of mushy. Crab was tasty but not the freshest. Great service though.“
“I always see this restaurant and have been wanting to try them. My husband wanted Chinese food for dinner and I suggested this restaurant. We ordered the Sweet & Sour Pork, my husband's usual stand by, I ordered the Twice cooked pork belly, Chicken Kung Pao, and we also got Pork Chow mein. We were very pleased with the food and the portions, all of the food had SOOO much flavor!!! I am normally not the biggest fan of sweet and sour pork but this one was excellent, the pork had a nice crunch to the batter. The twice cooked pork belly was very yummy and had a bacon texture I wasn't expecting. I'm usually pretty picky with Kung Pao, and there's was excellent, the only thing missing for me which I'm used to was peanuts. The chow mein was excellent. We will definitely be returning customers, and I want to also give the dim sum a try. I can't wait to try more of what they have to offer, I'm just sad I haven't tried them sooner.“
“Great sushi I ordered the wasabi baby roll and the staff was friendly. It was just a little slow but I didn’t mind it was only 2 workers tonight.Vegetarian options: Well they had some roll choices of vegetarian opt and they also had a gluten free menu which was good because my mom is gluten free.“
“This location out of the 3 I've already been to outranks "San Leandro and Berkeley" which are gimmicks! Bon Chon Arden rocks because 1) the food is always freshly cooked 2) their fries are not hard but just right and that right amount of that delicious sauce on their Soy Garlic wings, and 3) Their Customer Service is always bubbly and warm... if there is a problem "they won't argue you down or hassle you; they will just fix the problem."The down side to the other Bon Chons mentioned is:1) Food is always dried out and old.2) Wings are nearly burnt and take away the soy garlic taste3) Fries are very dried out and when confronted about it "they try to bargain with you to pay for it because of inventory/ waste costs when they served you old food in the first place. When I confronted one if the waitresses specifically at the Berkeley branch (in a monotone respectful way) about the fries being dried out she said "I can charge you a lower price" and I had not tasted but 1.When I started to her that the fries and the wings does not taste like Sacramento Arden branch she stated: "we are not then plus we carry a different vendor than they do"Yet, they are carrying the name of such great franchise. When I am away from Sacramento Bon Chon and in the Bay Area and experience this type Asian snobbishness... I thank God that Arden Bon Chon is "NOT" like San Leandro nor Berkeley. Makes me wonder if the rest in the Bay area are the same. I have tried San Francisco and I hope not. Please do not go to the locations mentioned if they can't make fresh food or do fries they advertise which should be n'sync with Arden and not dry and cheap.“
“Nice vegetarian/vegan restaurant with a great selection of food. I got Aloo tikki chaat and Veggie tikka(Kofta) with rice. Aloo tikki was made freshly and had chickpeas and mint and sweet chutney on top which tasted delicious. Veggie kofta gravy was pretty good, kofta itself could've have been slightly better. The portion size are decent and pricing is reasonable.“
