“BOMB! I could only be happier if I could eat more in 1 sitting. On a Sunday afternoon, it was practically empty. I had the pork and veggie ($11 and easily the best) as well as pork and crab ($15) and it was very filling. 3 sauces are on every table: chili crisp, a sweet soy blend, and a sour vinegar based soy blend. I mixed all 3 in the provided dish and loved having every flavor component without any being overpowering. They come out piping hot from the kitchen w a glass wall so you could watch em brewing made if you want. The service counter has 1 register, but if there's a love, they have a kiosk right next to it that can be used to order and pay too. Water is free from a dispenser by the register. And there's a to go station if you eat there and want to take part home, complete w containers, utensils, sauce and sauce cups w lids, and bags. There's light spa music playing which feels very zen. The mural goes great w the red and wood decor. The staff was nice and service was very fast. Their storage shelving is covered w linens bearing their logos, and the 1 person bathroom is clean and made to smell nice. If I'm ever passing thru, I'll be stopping here for sure!“

“Amazing pho and I appreciate that they take a student discount for Sacramento State students. My friend and I used to go to other pho places that would be very busy and would forget requests that we would have, but this location would be very attentive and remember if we had asked for more water, limes, etc. I love the calm vibe and it is so relaxing after a long day at work.“

My guy friend and I have gone once for dining in and the second time when my guy friend and I got takeout. I can’t stop raving about the papaya salad! Lol come here and eat, the other dishes are mediocre and the hot pot we tried the first time wa so so due to the broths we weren’t a fan of and the meat and seafood weren’t of good quality and had gone bad when we had gotten to them in the fridge. “Such a great dining experience. When Xfinity went out, I decided to visit the restaurant — best decision I’ve made all week. The new management team has really elevated things. Alexander and Bennette were amazing, guiding me through the new Japanese dishes and giving spot‑on suggestions for adult Japanese drinks. I honestly forgot how enjoyable dining out could be after COVID. We’re lucky to have this gem in Antelope.“

“First time eating here last night. We ordered Gumbo, Garlic noodles, Wings, Tiffany wings, Shrimp basket, Sweet Potato fries and it all turned out to be very delicious. The decor was fun and vibrant. The music was the right touch. This place has been here for 11 years, it’s located right after the corner gas station Mack Rd and Stockton Blvd. We’ve overlooked it for some time and we were pleased with our visit. “We got an assortment of dishes for a decent-sized group (15) of family, and everyone truly enjoyed the food. Some even said it was the best they ever had! The food was ready very quickly and they accurately predicated the timing so we got to bring it home hot and fresh. The portions were large enough to split amongst multiple people (2-3 each), but they don't come with rice so be sure to order some with your dish.“

“Hometown Dumpling in Folsom, CA, serves up some authentic homemade dumpling... they gots boiled, steamed , and pan fried in a variety of fillings.

The menu also has wonton soup, noodles, soup dumplings, fried spring rolls, crab rangoons, cucumber salad (Asian style), Chinese egg custards, bbq pork buns, sesame red bean paste fried balls,, stir fry veggies, taro steamed buns, and some other items.

I've tried the dumplings boiled, steamed, and pan fried. The boiled ones are slippery and best when I'm in the mood to have them swirled in a sauce like hot chili oil. Streamed ones have a slight chew to the dumpling exterior than the boiled or fried dumplings.But doesn't take away from the taste. Pan fried is good when you want a crispier exterior and slight crunch. Whatever way you order 'em... it's all good! The egg custards, sesame balls, and crab rangoons are classic and my other go tos. I enjoy the diversity of the menu. Gotta confess, in Folsom there is not a lot of these good authentic dumpling places. Plus throw in some dim sum items...score! Is it Michelin star, no. It is homemade and comforting, yes!

The place is clean, comfortable, and has basic furnishings and decor. There is no music or TV. The owner works most of the shifts. It truly is a small family business that welcomes your family.“

It's nearly impossible to find hot pot for 1 and when you do it's skimpy and half-hearted. Not here! My beef satay was overflowing with goodies. All tasty and fresh with just the right amount of everything. It felt like an AYCE but was better. The beef goyza was so good that even though I was full I wanted to sit there and eat them all. Thank GOD for to-go boxes. The kumquat iced green tea was sooooo light, refreshing and not overly sweet that I ordered a second one to-go. Looking forward to trying the curry and soju flight next.“

This is no Panda Express this is real true Chinese food prepared amazingly how about customer here for close to 20 years always be, if you need a night out and want delicious food this is the place it breaks my heart knowing that doordash and the likes are putting some of our local institutions out of business I hope they are not one of them but just the same if you've never been here it is worth coming“
