The jasmine tea was on sale! The toppings were yummy and the tea was brewed nicely. The spamusubi was OK, could be more fresh. I just prefer less sweet with more spam.“

“(2/7/21) Went in today and was not disappointed! Ordered seafood pad see ew, beef broccoli, and chicken fried rice; all three were freshly made, the beef was tender, broccoli wasn’t soggy, but super fresh! The rice was moist and soft just like I was craving it; and the gravy was exactly what I was hoping for. The only thing I would do differently would be asking for extra shrimp, my kids ate them and only left me one 🤣 The Thai tea was so good, I ordered a second one for later 👌 I’ll definitely be going back to try other things off their menu 👌“

Come early sometimes lines can be long. Expect delays too , sometimes they are short staff and get help from security which really is a great help to them.“

“What an incredible spot! I came here on a Wednesday for brunch with my boyfriend and we were in awe. The place itself is super cute in its decor and the staff are so kind and attentive. It was busy, especially for a weekday, but the experience was still great.

For entrees, we ordered their yuzu benedict and jjapaguri which were both absolutely delicious. We also got their coconut chai and siam esyen, both of which were incredible.

“This is my first time order here, It kinda unique place you just need to order online and wait outside the door to pickup, you need to head straight and turn right into the parking lot to find the place. Food was really good and decent prices.“

“Was craving soup!! After a work trip to Sacramento I had a few hours till my flight so I was on the hunt for soup Boiling Ave delivered. Happy hour all day monday so i had the Salmon tartare which was the best idea. I also had the veggie hot pot with shrimp, I will say the broth was okay but then I added their house sauce and it stepped it up 100% so highly recommend but otherwise it was stuffed with veggies and shrimp (only $6 extra).“

“Tea Bay is a great boba spot. The employee was extremely nice and provided excellent customer service. They also offer samples, which is helpful if you’re unsure what to order.

The drinks were delicious and well made. They also give a 10% student discount if you show your ID, which is a nice bonus.

There’s a small seating area available, making it a good place to sit down, study, or get some work done. Overall, a really positive experience, I would definitely come back.“

The decor was fun and vibrant. The music was the right touch. This place has been here for 11 years, it’s located right after the corner gas station Mack Rd and Stockton Blvd. We’ve overlooked it for some time and we were pleased with our visit. I usually get pork fried rice which is excellent, but the wor wonton soup is absolutely amazing. It's almost the best I've ever had. The owners are super kind and attentive, I've had great experiences so far. I definitely recommend it to everyone who likes good chinese food.“

“Sonora location. Tried when first opened and few weeks ago. It was clean (new) and great service. Re-visited yesterday and totally the opposite! Counter was dirty, all food was low. It was 4 o’clock and not busy. The cook, other gentleman and waitress was very unprofessional and unsanitary! The cook, yes while wearing gloves, continued to touch dirty services and our food. At one point he had his cell phone in his hand looking at it while cooking our food. Phone back in dirty pocket, touching his hair then back to cooking our food! The conversation between the three of them were load and unprofessional. I was so ready to leave! Definitely won’t be returning anytime soon.“

The food was great. We got a teriyaki and sesame chicken bowl, and the chicken was fully cooked and not dry at all. Portions were generous. Great saucing and lovely presentation.
