Koshi EATS - Delta Shores Reviews
I was in last week and it was amazing. The food was amazing the service was amazing everything about this place is amazing. I definitely recommend and will be going back!
Order and pay upfront, this place actually remind me of being in Japan. The chicken katsu curry plate full of sauce, interesting but not exactly our favorite. The ramen noodle was good, but the original ramen only comes with a big piece of pork belly and an egg.
Great food. Was empty when i got there, maybe not the right time to be there at 3pm for atmosphere. But, the food was amazing. We tried a miso vegan ramen with steamed chicken added to it.
Cant say its too expensive but it aint cheap either.
1 ramen is enough for 2 people if ur not crazy hungry.

Koshi EATS - Delta Shores is a spacious and welcoming restaurant that offers a variety of delicious Japanese dishes, including ramen and sushi. The interior is beautiful, with wide seating that provides plenty of arm room, making it comfortable for diners. The restaurant has a cozy and inviting atmosphere, perfect for a casual meal. Customers appreciate the friendly and attentive staff, who provide excellent customer service. One standout staff member is known for being honest, polite, and welcoming, going out of their way to return a lost purse, which highlights the restaurant’s commitment to top-notch service.
The menu features a range of options, allowing customers to choose their noodle type—thin, thick, udon, or spinach—for their ramen, adding a nice touch of customization. Popular dishes include the Naruto Ramen, Spam Musubi, Lion King Baked Sushi Roll, and nigiri, which is praised for its fresh quality and good rice-to-fish ratio. The broth in ramen is flavorful and not too spicy, with large portions of noodles, broth, and toppings like tender pork belly. The kamikaze fries with pork belly are a favorite appetizer, offering a generous portion that can be shared.
While service was slightly slower when the restaurant first opened, it is expected to improve with time. The wait times are manageable, especially given the size of the restaurant, which can accommodate many guests quickly. Overall, Koshi EATS - Delta Shores is a popular spot, especially on cold or rainy days, and is recommended for those seeking flavorful ramen, fresh sushi, and a friendly dining experience.
