I was in love with my ramen at first sip. The broth was so good. I'll definitely be going back. I also had the chance to taste the unagi bowl and chicken teriyaki. It was all amazing.

My go-to place for ramen!Lots of choices. So far, none has disappointed me.Place is small and usually busy, but their friendly staff is efficient and able to keep up with it.
Went for lunch and staff was friendly, helpful, and attentive. We ordered the beef spare rib rice bowl and teriyaki chicken rice bowl. Both were great and huge servings, the pickled ginger and cucumber was a great compliment to the sauces on the meat and rice. The chili oil was the added heat I love and went well with the beef. 10/10 will come back again when I'm in the area.
The sushi was good but the rice was a little soggy. The rolls are little expensive for how small they are. Also little Asian girl with glasses couldn’t look into my eyes while having a conversation and she was a little rude.

Great for both small bites or a hearty meal! Options from ramen, sushi, donburi, etc. when you walk in, the menu is on your left hand side, had sushi and ramen. Pay at counter and sit yourself. The water cup is right next to counter as well. Went with the tonkatsu black (black garlic oil), very tasty and flavorful broth. My friend and I shared the ramen, very filling, garlicky and delicious. The chashu pieces were a great size. As for the restaurant, very simple modern and it is clean.

The menu is not updated to what they actually serve. I got a Foxtail roll, which is supposed to be a torched roll. However, what I got was untorched so I asked why to the waitress. Apparently they stopped torching the roll a few weeks ago, but I was not informed of this update when I first placed the order. I was instead informed to have asked to have the roll torched when I placed the order. Which I then asked to have torched, as stated on the menu.My friend and I got ramen as well, however both bowls did not include the ajitama egg (I did not take a picture of her food). On the menu, it says every bowl (besides the veggie ramen) gets an ajitama egg. Unfortunately we were unable to get any service to have this corrected which was understandable given they were very busy. However, we will not eat there again.
Very disappointed, wanted to eat here but there are no Halal options! There is cauliflower broth, but why would anyone want that who isn’t vegan? A large demographic is excluded from enjoying their ramen.

We entered this place at 8:30 pm sharp and we noticed servers discussing something right when we walked in. We were about to place the order and the server says we are closed for dine in and you can only order take out. This place closes at 9 pm and they were in a hurry to close the place. It’s Friday night and it just ruined our mood as we were really looking forward to trying this place. Hopefully the owner will read this review and do something about their horrible customer service.

Ramen Bar at the Delta Shores Shopping Center [Sacramento CA]Delta Shores has gained more restaurants since the last time I've been here. This was my first time trying out Koshi Eats at this location but I've been to the one in Natomas a few times. This second location is no different from the one in Natomas. The decor and layout is almost the same. It took awhile for someone to greet us as we stood at the counter. Finally, one of the female server came out from the kitchen and came and took our order.Their menu is simple, not overwhelming, so it's easy to choose. We did not order ramen bowls which is what they specialize in. Instead we chose rice bowls. Hubby ordered Chicken Donburi (Grilled Chicken, Cabbage on Rice) and I chose the Chashu Don (Roasted Pork Belly, Cabbage on Rice). I'm not sure if it was supposed to be served like that but some parts of the roasted pork belly on my meal was charred and even burnt. Hubby's chicken donburi looked more appetizing.Good customer service but 3.5 at best. Review #3276
