“This is my favorite restaurant in Sacramento without question. I moved to the area about three years ago now, and it quickly became my go-to comfort food. Even when the pandemic started and the restaurant shifted to takeout-only, the food remained consistently excellent. I also want to say 'thank you' to the couple that runs the restaurant as well. They're both very kind and treat their customers well. P.S. I heartily recommend the house-made Thai iced tea.“

“Love outdoor option on perfect weather days and they don’t forget you! Food is surprisingly good! And because it’s a neighborhood spot we don’t deal with the wait times trendier places have while still getting same delicious food. I’ve been eating here for probably a decade, through all the renditions of Asian foods menu. I think this is the best so far. Hope we last!!!“

“I got the Spicy Black Garlic ramen and my, was it delicious. It wasn't overly salty or anything, it was great!
The shrimp tempura and karaage is always a must and super crunchy, I definitely recommend eating them with the red sauce.

The food came out in a fast timely manner, didn't take any longer than 20 minutes.

And the atmosphere within the restaurant was great. It was cozy, felt like I was back at my grandparent's being served dinner. Customer service was great and super welcoming, so polite.

“Delicious ramen (ordered the chasu tan tan ramen), friendly front of house staff, and timely service! Ate outside on a chilly January evening - fortunately outdoor patio is well-lit and heaters were available. Definitely enjoyed my visit and will be back!“

“Great ramen spot! We went here since we were craving some ramen especially after returning from Japan. This spot did not disappoint and is definitely on par with the flavor profiles we had in Japan. My favorite was the fried chicken which paired perfectly with Sapporo beer 🍗🍺. Will definitely be going back to Ryujin Ramen house.“

“Pipo is unique in that it has Thai & Ramen both! I stopped in for a quick lunch in between meetings and was very happy with the food, service, and pricing. For spicy lovers, you can adjust your level and spicy actually means spicy here. Their Thai tea selection is excellent as well. If you want to support a local small business run by a wonderful family, then this place is definitely worth a stop!“

“Amazing food and kind service! The environment is quiet and peaceful, making it a great place to relax and enjoy your meal. I highly recommend the crispy garlic and Yangnyum drumsticks—they were absolutely delicious! “Just finished lunch. Absolutely excellent. We started with the Mixed Tempura and the Pork Gyoza. My wife had the Chubby Andy roll and I had the Katsudon. The mixed tempura was perfect. The sweet potato and the kabocha are always the test and these were tender without being too soft. The gyoza were delicious. The Chubby Andy is a great roll. Huge flavor with a fantastic sauce. The Katsudon was first rate. This is the best Katsudon in Sacramento.

“This has turned into a must go for my friends and I when I am in town. I hesitate to share the pepperfin yellowtail is incredible because I want it all to myself forever. I understand you can’t make everyone happy, but am surprised the reviews are not higher. The fish is so fresh, this place is amazing, far surpassing any fancy expensive sushi place I’ve ever been to“

“My new favorite spot to visit for late night boba til 10pm. So many boba spots open til 8pm or 9pm but the extra 1 hr helps.

I got the peach oolong milk tea with almond milk. So glad to see almond milk options. Tea was frgrant and refreshing too.

Love the black garlic oil ramen which if you are hungry they got real food too. The broth is fragrant and love the soft noodles.

Love the ambiance here which was bright, simple, lots of seating too. Parking was easy and has a parking lot too.

“Great place for a birthday party. Spacious with plenty of karaoke rooms. Nice choice of appetizers. Reasonably priced.“

“BEWaRe: Ccard surcharge 3% is misleading the note is in a small paper near the choice of noodles. Notified the cashier that the surcharge note should be bigger or notified the customer about it. The Ramen was excellent. Those little things customer will appreciate.“

“First of all the barbecued chicken with rice and macaroni salad has no sauce on it, they give you one small sauce and i mean small. So I always ask for extra sauce and I am willing to pay for it. The only time I actually got the one extra sauce was because I was on them about it and they were about to forget it that time as well. I dont know whats up with them and their sauce. Is it expensive to make ornate they in short supply I mean c'mon already. If I could clear up the sauce thing. I would gladly give 5 stars because everything outside of the sauce problem, everything is great.“
