“UMe Tea has always been one of my go-to boba spots because it’s nearby and usually provides a great experience. However, when I visited on 6/11 after a VERY long day, I ordered the Brown Sugar Boba Oolong Milk Tea and was disappointed. The drink tasted very watered down, and it felt more like watered milk with boba than milk tea.
I didn’t go back to ask for a remake because I decided to let it go, but I wanted to share my experience. Overall, I wouldn’t give the shop a one-star review based on a single bad visit, as I’ve had many good experiences here in the past“

The drinks were delicious and well made. They also give a 10% student discount if you show your ID, which is a nice bonus.

“Fantastic milk tea and boba! Flavors my family got were Thai tea, coconut, matcha, taro (smoothie), and one new flavor I don't remember. “Many boba options are available but I keep coming back to this one. They have free wifi!! I have not found another milk tea house that provides wifi.

They have an extensive milk tea menu and everything is adjustable. I was able to modify my ginger milk tea whereas other boba places do not.
The popcorn chicken was flavorful, salty, juicy, and reminded me of chicken that I grew up eating. Other boba places have a different type of breading for the crust.“

“The tea is pretty good. Great selection. As far as service there is a kiosk, so human interaction is minimal. The kiosk also asks for tipping starting at 15%. Not a fan since there is a literal lack of customer service via human when ordering, but the nice woman brings out the drinks. I waited about 6-7 minutes for two drinks. A thai tea and a panda milk tea. Overall, I continue to enjoy this boba place.“

“I got the mango passionfruit green tea and it was super refreshing, fruity, and perfectly balanced—not too sweet. My boyfriend tried the mango milk tea, but unfortunately it tasted more like plain milk than mango, so I wouldn’t recommend that one. Highly recommend the fruit tea I got — it was delicious!“

“My new favorite spot to visit for late night boba til 10pm. So many boba spots open til 8pm or 9pm but the extra 1 hr helps.

I got the peach oolong milk tea with almond milk. So glad to see almond milk options. Tea was frgrant and refreshing too.

Love the black garlic oil ramen which if you are hungry they got real food too. The broth is fragrant and love the soft noodles.

“We ordered donuts here for my daughter's first birthday. They suggested us to email someone whom I believe had an authority. Turned out the person named Van was really rude and didn't care to respond after asking me how many donuts I wanted. My husband drove straight there and asked if they could just help us out. We did a unicorn theme so anything colorful was good enough. When we came to pick them up, the baker was very excited to show us what he got. He went above and beyond for us. I almost teared up when I saw how sparkly and colorful the donuts were for my daughter's birthday. The location is not big , but has pretty much decent capacity for customers who are willing to dine in. Yes ! A big applaud for their cleanliness, and hygiene work, and they do take care of their customers’ health by keeping everything clean, also this place is well decorated as well. They offer different types of services dining in, to go , and delivery which like most other food chain restaurants or regular coffee shops. In addition, the prices are pretty much decent for the different types of drinks you order, also California is getting expensive, so nothing is cheap anymore. One thing about this location really caught my attention that the quality of their ingredients, and products are really good, and fresh, so the quality of drinks , and food is good. They are wheelchair accessible, and friendly, but the seats are not comfortable for a bodily disabled individual, so use your own accommodations. The parking is big, and you can easily find parking spots including handicapped areas. My experience was good , and I got my favorite drink with extra ingredients, also they do listen to customers concerns, and take care of them, so I will definitely return, and will definitely recommend. “I have to say the choices of the different boba drinks was great and to top it off the choice of food and snacks looked really good. We chose the popcorn chicken which was hot and fresh and tasted great. As for the staff they were all extremely friendly and helpful with suggestions. The interior of the store was clean and well laid out.
To be honest the only detractor from our visit was the neighborhood between the number of homeless and sad say tweakers outside the shop didn't feel like it was the safest.

“We were traveling to Lake Tahoe. We passed through Sacramento and ate Asian food called Yum Cha Cafe (on the right side of the Shunfa SF Supermarket on 65th Street. We ate their roast duck, barbecued pork buns, shrimp balls, and barbecue. , fried noodles, siomai, their roast duck is so famous and really delicious. Very good seasoning, very fresh, plump and elastic meat. This is the most valuable roast duck in this area. I only had it in Hong Kong last time. I'm so happy today. I tasted such a good taste again. My family and I are very happy. I recommend it to everyone. You must try it. It's incredible.“
