“We stopped by for tea here, did not go to restaurant side of this shared spot. Boba Tea one side and Sushi Restaurant on the other half. We got 3 teas and noticed their tea flavors were very strong! Was kind of nice, tasted authentic and not sugary. That’s a huge plus. Taking a star off because the cups are a bit slender, so you’re not getting too much for the price.“

“I have to say the choices of the different boba drinks was great and to top it off the choice of food and snacks looked really good. We chose the popcorn chicken which was hot and fresh and tasted great. As for the staff they were all extremely friendly and helpful with suggestions. The interior of the store was clean and well laid out.
To be honest the only detractor from our visit was the neighborhood between the number of homeless and sad say tweakers outside the shop didn't feel like it was the safest.

Service: Staff were friendly. Our only interaction was pickup order. I thought it took a little too long for our items to come out.

Atmosphere: it's just BEAUTIFUL at this location. Lots of photo op.

Not enough places has rose tea’s. They also have a big variety of appetizers and Chinese food! I was very surprised! Their popcorn chicken was poppin ! Classic milk tea was too sweet even with 50% sugar they had no problem fixing my drink.The spot is very nice instagram worthy. Sadly no seating other than a sofa or the dirty swings. Customer service; very nice girl in front she guided me through the menu and answered all questions and offered to take a picture of me on the swings. The girl in the back was also nice she brought out drinks even helped girl in front announce drinks.Overall experience 8/10 they could have more sitting drinks are too sweet. XLB and Siu Mai are high quality with very thin skin. Almost overwhelmingly heavy on the five spice. Beef and broccoli had a lot of garlic (yay!), tender and no weird gristly meat, entree portion in the smaller side. The most citrusy honey walnut shrimp I’ve ever had. The lemon flavor was welcomed.

Love the beautiful jewel tone paint color on the inside. Atmosphere is cozy and casual in a romantic kind of way.

I was expecting a flaky, puff pastry-like pancake (like the kind they had at Young’s in South Sac), but this beef roll was wrapped in a tortilla. I’d pass next time.“

Turned out the person named Van was really rude and didn't care to respond after asking me how many donuts I wanted. My husband drove straight there and asked if they could just help us out. We did a unicorn theme so anything colorful was good enough. When we came to pick them up, the baker was very excited to show us what he got. He went above and beyond for us. I almost teared up when I saw how sparkly and colorful the donuts were for my daughter's birthday. The manager was training a new worker at the register and was happy to take the time to explain the menu. This was very comforting as we were from out of town, and it seemed a bit overwhelming. She was very patient and told us their best sellers so we could have safe options. The drinks came out in less than 5 minutes, and they were really good! I got the strawberry lime, and my partner got the Honeydew Chill. I'm not a fan of Boba, but the drinks were still amazing.
On our way out, we gave our compliments and thoughts on the drinks to the manager and explained that we wanted to take a few more drinks for the road back. She was happy to hear the feedback and even gave our drinks to us on the house! We chose the Strawberry Mojito freeze and the Pomegranate Lemonade. The mojito is definitely my favorite.
