A great spot for boba! The drinks are delicious, the service is wonderful and the space is wonderful to sit and enjoy. Love the snacks, the treats and the customer service. Parking is easy and the location is great! My family and I ordered warm tea drinks on a cold day and it was perfection!
Loooove their peach white tea with honey boba and zero sweetness (you get some sweetness with the boba, so it's just right). This is my go-to when I'm in the area. The staff are friendly, you earn rewards for purchases, and the boba is consistently good. I've also had their Karate Chicken, and it's delicious! Always hot and fresh.

Wow, I really like this new milk tea place. I got a JUMBO sized (32oz) Vietnamese coffee for $7 that was delicious! My partner and I shared it and we had some the next morning as well. Their popcorn chicken is really tasty, and I love that you can pick the spice level. I always load up the cayenne pepper myself, so I picked level 3/5 and it was highly seasoned.
