Starbucks Coffee Company is a popular location known for its friendly atmosphere and attentive staff. The restaurant features a cool industrial design and plays nostalgic late 90s and early 2000s music, creating an inviting vibe for customers. Many visitors appreciate the cleanliness of the space and its ample parking, making it a great spot for gatherings or studying.
However, some reviews highlight issues with staffing, especially during busy times. On certain occasions, customers experienced delays with their orders, particularly when using the mobile app. For instance, one group waited for a tea that was ultimately unavailable, and they had to approach the counter to resolve the situation. Despite these challenges, the baristas remained upbeat and provided good service.
The menu includes popular items like the Spinach Egg Wrap and a well-received White Chocolate Macadamia Cold Brew. Although not everyone tried the food, many expressed confidence in its quality. One couple did face disappointment when they received less coffee than expected, affecting their weekend routine.
Overall, this Starbucks location stands out for its customer service and atmosphere, making it a preferred choice among locals. However, potential visitors should be prepared for possible wait times, especially during peak hours. The establishment is also wheelchair accessible, enhancing its appeal to a wider audience.
