The slowest Starbucks I have ever yet to be in and not even busy. Great location and atmosphere, but a snails pace when it comes to taking care of orders.

This particular day, they did not have my healthy tea. I know they wouldn't, the application does tell you. Bagels, did not last long. Stale to quick, even in an air tight container.

We actually had the employee at the drive-through window tell us that the reason that our extra hot beverages were lukewarm warm and not extra hot. Had to do with calibration of a button mind you drinks were not even latte hot After waiting over 25 min behind 6 -7 cars we arrived at window. We had watched the car in front of us return and get another drink FYI We had ordered extra hot no water soy chai's. Because Starbucks has trouble serving them piping hot. When he handed me the cups, I could tell that they were not even warm. We took the lids off and returned them immediately. That's when he told us that their extra hot button needed to be recalibrated somehow in 45 seconds, they managed to recalibrate it and produced drinks as ordered. This is not a location we will return to and Slow Slow Slow there were at least 5 employees back they are working at a glacial pace. It's not like they were understaffed.

I regularly visit Starbucks and like their coffee. This location, however, has issues with timing. I have mobile ordered to this place a couple times, only to have a 20-40 minute wait at the store (so on top of the 5-10 min it took me to get to the store). Neither time was the store busy. It seems as bough they only do those drinks when there is no one at the drive-thru. There were employees just waiting around, doing nothing. I had to ask about my drink to multiple people.

Horrible waiting more than an hour in the drive thru ...just to get drinks and you can't go anywhere. Because there are cars everywhere.. soooo slow hire more help or close it down

If I could give a 0 stars I would we were waiting in Starbucks line for 30 minutes just to get to the window and she said sorry we are closed we will give you a card for your time it was only 6:00pm and they close at 8pm and she only gave us 4 dollars what the heck is 4 dollars going to buy
The coffee taste was good. The bad review is about customer service. I ordered a venti Frappuccino and they gave me a small. When I told the employee, she said next time I should make sure it was the right size. I don't need compensation but it is the employees' duty to make sure they get the order correct, especially not confusing a venti with a small.

They say it opens at 5am, don't believe that. Several times at this location I've got stuck behind a car in the drive-thru around 5:30 waiting for them to open still. Recently it was 5 cars waiting as the time tic past 5:25 still waiting, I had to get out my car to ask the driver to pull around to let me out. A couple of times drive up around 5:15am, no one there. Besides this factor a nice , clean , up to par Starbucks; but just don't trust the open time!

They have been consistently excellent. The drinks taste how they should, drive through moves pretty quickly, and the customer service is chef’s kiss. The baristas are personable and they always give off a good vibe I really enjoy going to this location and will continue to. ❤️❤️❤️❤️
