“Great teas and I mean like actual tea. While I do like their blended drinks (Avocado Smoothie and Mango), their teas are actually refreshing and you can taste the tea. I’m a little bit different than most when it comes to milk tea, but if you like milk teas or boba, those are also good here too!

“I will start with the ambience of the place because it was very inviting. I say that because there was some background music happening that was loud enough to hear but didn't interrupt anyone having a conversation. Also I mentioned it in my pictures they have these cute trinkets and displays along the counter that are just fabulous. It definitely brings a sense of childlike whimsy that made me have a big old smile.

For the service, I was greeted warmly when I approached the cash register and I had a few questions regarding some of the teas. The individual behind the register answered them very thoroughly and gave me a recommendation which I took. I got a Okinawa milk tea and then adjusted the sugar and added some boba to it. In addition there was these little trinkets that we're near the cash register that I decided to buy. It was a mystery pack situation and I am a big fan of doing those cuz I like a nice little surprise.

The tea I got was well done. And I say that because I'm an individual that really likes to taste my tea when I get boba style drinks. So this definitely had the taste of the tea that I wanted and the sweetness level which was 30% was just right to enhance the flavors.

I stayed there for about an hour just hanging out there were a few other individuals that came in and took orders to go and maybe two other tables that were seated while I was there. It does look like a lot of mobile orders come through and the local high school kids were going through there quite a bit.

So if you're in the area give it a try and maybe even get a little mystery prize while you're there.“

“This place is quite a good boba option here in Elk Grove. I got the Mango Orange Milk Tea, and it was delicious, refreshing, and I loved the small slivers of orange zest in the drink. Not a huge fan of the crystal boba though, so if you aren’t either, make sure to get it substituted for regular boba or your preferred option.“

“probably the best boba place in terms of quality here. i’m a regular customer, i usually come once or twice every month for about a year now. taste never disappoints each time, atmosphere is always nice, employees are generally nice. if not nice, shy, but still very helpful. only thing that is a negative is the prices are a little higher (about two dollars more) than usual compared to the local boba places that are within five miles of it. quality of the drinks nullify the cost increase in my opinion though.

“we got 1 order of vegetable chow fun and spicy fried wontons to share for 2 people. they provided 2 small plates so we could serve up individually. the chow fun was really flavorful and not too greasy, I enjoyed it. the spicy wontons came out really hot and had a nice crunch. the wontons themselves weren't spicy - they came with a chili oil(?) dipping sauce for the heat. the thai tea was pretty standard. adding boba cost an additional 0.75 and they only had crystal which the server made me aware of upon ordering.

the server that helped us was very friendly and welcoming. they opened the door for us and answered clarifying questions we had about the menu items. we came a bit too early for the happy hour prices but I'll definitely keep that in mind for next time.“

“This T4 in general holds alot of memories of someone dear to me so I dare not go often, but the boba and popcorn chicken was good. Place is clean for the most part. Has a kiosk you can use to order as well. Plenty of seatings alongside the wall. There's plenty of parking outside the lot as well so it's a plus.“

“Oishi Express is our newest sushi spot in Sacramento! We love the vibe, cleanliness and food. I categorize and value each place I eat by these three categories.

1. Vibe Check: A+ 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽 three thumbs up, the place is filled with great seating, games and claw machines for the little ones.

2. Cleanliness: Every time we go in it is always spotless, they make sure they use new rags, change out gloves and tables and seats are shiny!

3. Da Food: Is delicious! Our favorite all time places order Salmon Lovers which comes with a deep fried roll, a regular roll and perfectly sliced layered salmon that melts in your mouth and pairing well with the sliced cucumber and slices of lemon.

“We started coming to this location because South Sac was too far to drive. I'm so glad they have one in Elk Grove. Not only do they offer all the drinks, but really good service as well. They will give you recommendations based on what you like. We usually order #10 with taro and one of the Halo Halo's. Although you pay $9.50 for Halo Halo, they're not skimpy with their toppings, so I think it's worth it. But the drinks could be a slightly bigger size. $6-7 a drink is pretty pricey for the size they give you. But because of the good service I still give them a 5.
