“The drinks are exceptional! I appreciate the use of fresh fruit in most drinks. The only recommendation would the option to adjust serving amount of a topping. For example, the mango sago, option - less sago. Other than that, it’s a top fav in Sacramento!“

“Delicious drink! Great price for its size. I had the Thai Twister, which was an ice-blended Thai tea smoothie. Associate taking orders, whose name starts with an A according to my receipt, was incredibly friendly and sooo patient with other customers.

Drinks took a while to come out, but there was only one other person making drinks, so that’s understandable. I wish I can come back again and try more drinks!

As I saw another review complaining about parking being hard to find…Parking is located right behind the storefront. Make a right turn into a narrow road, right after the shop. And they have a very convenient door you can enter from the parking lot.“

“Great teas and I mean like actual tea. While I do like their blended drinks (Avocado Smoothie and Mango), their teas are actually refreshing and you can taste the tea. I’m a little bit different than most when it comes to milk tea, but if you like milk teas or boba, those are also good here too!

Also their daily specials and happy hours are a plus as well!“

“We moved to this side of town a few months ago and finally tried hyper Tea! The place appears family owned, was clean and specious, with some board games. We had a kumquat lychee black tea and a milk tea. Both were perfect and the normal sweetness was right on for us.

“Drinks were excellent. Employees were very polite and helpful especially Jody when it came to the Boba. Jody explained the flavors and even gave us samples before we ordered. Definitely our new favorite spot.“

“This place is quite a good boba option here in Elk Grove. I got the Mango Orange Milk Tea, and it was delicious, refreshing, and I loved the small slivers of orange zest in the drink. Not a huge fan of the crystal boba though, so if you aren’t either, make sure to get it substituted for regular boba or your preferred option.“

“This T4 in general holds alot of memories of someone dear to me so I dare not go often, but the boba and popcorn chicken was good. Place is clean for the most part. Has a kiosk you can use to order as well. Plenty of seatings alongside the wall. There's plenty of parking outside the lot as well so it's a plus.“

“Oishi Express is our newest sushi spot in Sacramento! We love the vibe, cleanliness and food. I categorize and value each place I eat by these three categories.

1. Vibe Check: A+ 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽 three thumbs up, the place is filled with great seating, games and claw machines for the little ones.

2. Cleanliness: Every time we go in it is always spotless, they make sure they use new rags, change out gloves and tables and seats are shiny!

3. Da Food: Is delicious! Our favorite all time places order Salmon Lovers which comes with a deep fried roll, a regular roll and perfectly sliced layered salmon that melts in your mouth and pairing well with the sliced cucumber and slices of lemon.

“We started coming to this location because South Sac was too far to drive. I'm so glad they have one in Elk Grove. Not only do they offer all the drinks, but really good service as well. They will give you recommendations based on what you like. We usually order #10 with taro and one of the Halo Halo's. Although you pay $9.50 for Halo Halo, they're not skimpy with their toppings, so I think it's worth it. But the drinks could be a slightly bigger size. $6-7 a drink is pretty pricey for the size they give you. But because of the good service I still give them a 5.
