A gentleman by the name of Nathan paid the remaining balance she owed with his own money, to insure she got her teas. As a mother, I came in and paid the remaining balance due. FYI: they dont take cash bc its safer for business to not have cash around but its not a dealbreaker.Rating it 4 stars only because of lack of rewards program. “The manager on shift at 6:20 on July 20th is just incredible at her job. She was friendly with guests, and resolved our drink order issues quickly. She turned our long-ish wait for our drinks into a great experience. We’ll definitely be back.“

“So iv come to this place a couple of times now and made sure to try a couple of things off the menu before leaving a review. My hands down favorite drink is the unicorn milk tea. It is sweet but not overly sweet. I recently tried the fried lobster balls, the fried octopus, and the dumplings. The fried lobster balls and dumplings were great. The octopus was good taste wise but was a bit chewy. My son, however, loved it. Today, we went in for some tea and a snack at 10am. They informed us that they don't open till 11am but still made us our drinks and snacks. The lady behind the counter was very polite and hospitable. Despite the slight language barrier, she was great and had no problem taking the time necessary to ensure our order was correct.“

Kid-friendliness: Lots of families with small children come here. There are board games.“

Mochinut has a soft, tasty texture that’s delightful to munch on. The presentation of the box and the branding is excellent, with a fun and lighthearted design that adds to the experience. The service was friendly and helpful, making the visit pleasant.

This is not a dine-in spot, and there are clear signs of trouble after hours, with visible signs of attempted break-ins and notices stating that there is no cash on hand.“
