“Small locally owned cafe run by a sweet lady. So far have tried the Roasted rice matcha latte, strawberry matcha latte, mocha, and strawberry milk. The strawberries are all fresh and puree made in store. They offer so many different drinks, so i will definitely continue to be back and try more.“

Definitely the best milk tea space in Bay Area! It was open inside 168 Market in Fremont before and now moved to this new place!
All the tea base is freshly brewed to order. Half sugar and less ice is my go to combination. If you prefer stronger flavor, I would definitely recommend extra tea. The tea fragrance is elegant and solid. You can see the staff brewing your cup of tea right away, which you barely can find in other milktea shop and makes this place outstanding.
It is not a chain business, so I would have to drive 30min for this, but I think it worth the quality and the price is so reasonable. I would definitely come by again.“

“Their tea here is stronger than at their Berkeley location for some reason, which was honestly my only complaint of Chicha San Chen at that other location! This location has been perfect so far. Drinks at Chicha are always sweet for me, even with less sweet it can be a little sweet, but I do appreciate the fresh tea and they have good drink options. Good for people who like to really taste their tea, and their boba is okay. I highly recommend their Dong Ding, both as honey latte and peach are amazing - I personally do not get boba here. Amazing.“

“Loved our visit to Happy Lemon in Pleasanton! The drinks were really good — fresh, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. Their egg puff was warm, crispy on the outside, and soft on the inside — definitely worth trying! The whole experience felt fun and lively, especially with the cute claw machine that added a playful touch while we waited for our order. “The creme brulee desserts are on the sweeter side. The ube one is the most balanced sweetness-wise. The mango and original one are okay, but a little too sweet for my tastes. The oroginal comes with cookie crumble at the bottom, while the mango and ube come with a coconut creme at the bottom. The price for each is under $10. The customer service is friendly, fast, and curtious!“

“My daughter and I went because I was craving BoBa and there it was.Nice clean restaurant.We where greeted by a young guy working behind the register.We placed our order on a kiosk it was easy and fast.We got our drinks they where so esthetic and delicious. We both asked for less sugar and they where.Also the mochi donuts where also delicious.The ambience was chill.Customers came and went.They do have alot of business but they are quick.will definitely come back!“

“This is my first visit. I went to the register and received great service! It is refreshing to still be able to speak to a person rather than order from a kiosk. I have been to other locations, but prefer this one.

My snacks, original octopus and popcorn chicken, were tasty. My boba drinks were perfect, with squishy, fresh boba. Ume has very consistent quality!“

Don’t forget to ask to add boba in the thai tea, they are just incredibly chewy!!10/10 would recommend this spot if you’re also looking for a one stop shop for both teas and snacks.“
