“Here on a Sunday afternoon. They had the place decorated for 4th of July and had free bubbles and candy.

Great friendly service and even helped me when I forgot to order non dairy which would have been bad later on.

I got the black sugar assam 50% sweet(less syrup) and it was great. I also swapped out the boba for crystal boba.“

“It is a bubble tea shop located on a busy area right next to Todos Santos Plaza Concord. A lot of selections of boba milktea and some pastries. I ordered a caramel cream with boba and I love it. No waiting time as I went early after opening time.“

What a Find!
Lil Girl ordered their Strawberry Banana Nutella Croffle -- a crossiant style waffle -- with a Cookies n Creme smoothie. The croffle was incredibly tasty with fresh berries and banana topped with whipped cream on top of the nutella coated soft & chewy croffle. She LOVED both the croffle and the smoothie, totally made her day.

As a Thai Iced Tea fan, was skeptical of the Dessert Cafes pre-mixed, non-dairy offering. Turns out they make a solid Tea?“

“I was my first time with individual hot pot and it was really good. There is a good choice of dishes on the menu - different soups, plates, and appetizers. The staff was helpful and friendly. I had the beef soup and it was delicious. There was a lot of ingredients and they all went well together. My wife had a sizzling plate which she enjoyed as well. There are some delicious looking specials too. I'll have to try one of them next time.“

“Everything about this place is great. Just went for the first time and the food was amazing. Eggrolls were very crispy and flavorful! Beautifully done pork chop and the portion on my husband’s rice plate was filling and presented very clean. I got the steak and brisket pho soup full of flavor meat was cooked great not chewy at all the portion for a medium is a lot and the shrimp-spring rolls were so fresh!! Definitely coming back. I ordered a Supreme Pineapple Green Tea with stir fried boba and chizu (cheese) cream and half a dozen mochi donuts: funnel cake, black sesame, churro, strawberry shortcake, taro, and Captain Crunch. “Cozy, family owned cafe, that I cannot recommend enough if you’re in town or passing through Lafayette. You will not find any place with better freshly baked scones on this side of the tunnel. They are baked every morning, and if you come in early enough, they might still be warm. Each batch comes out with the most perfect fluffy interior, with a crisp exterior crust. No hockey pucks here! The photo doesn’t do it justice because I couldn’t hold back eating it before posting. The chai tea is a house made blend, with all organic ingredients. Try it as a latte with a shot of espresso. It’s so much better than the chai syrup concentrated drink you get at Starbucks, and you can adjust the sweetness to your liking. This is the best place to stop by before walking the reservoir, before/after your trader joe’s run, or to sit down and catch up with a friend over coffee or boba tea(also incredibly fresh and chewy boba). Not to mention, it’s a great study spot you can sit and study at all day. They now offer breakfast burritos and sandwiches, which makes this place even better than all the competing chain coffee shops in the area. The owner, Apple, is one of the hardest working people you will ever meet, and so kind and welcoming.“

“I got the rose milk tea (which is great by itself) and the fried tofu (spicy). Both items were 10/10. I was pleasantly surprised how crispy, tasty and spicy the tofu was. You can get it mildly spicy or very very spicy. I am glad to have T4 so close to where I live. The folks working behind the counter are super nice and hard-working.
