“I got the rose milk tea (which is great by itself) and the fried tofu (spicy). Both items were 10/10. I was pleasantly surprised how crispy, tasty and spicy the tofu was. You can get it mildly spicy or very very spicy. I am glad to have T4 so close to where I live. The folks working behind the counter are super nice and hard-working.

“I am a long-time regular of this particular Gong Cha location since it opened in 2023. Every time I make an order, the tea tastes as it should, and more. Do you want to know why? It's because Vincent and his team at Gong Cha Dublin ensure that their customers are given the best service, best ingredients and the best preparation in their teas. Their interior is bright and cozy, and most of the time when I come in, I see Vincent, the owner, shaking up some of tea to pour into those familiar cups you all know by now, before wiping it down to perfection.

Hands down they have the best drinks, cookies, macarons, cakes, and now salt bread! I always come to get treats for my kid's teachers (for their birthdays, teacher appreciation week, just because, etc.). I've brought friends visiting the Bay Area to this bakery, which they have loved. Always Yours also has fun cup sleeve events, macaron classes and afternoon tea from time to time. Definitely the best milk tea space in Bay Area! It was open inside 168 Market in Fremont before and now moved to this new place!
All the tea base is freshly brewed to order. Half sugar and less ice is my go to combination. If you prefer stronger flavor, I would definitely recommend extra tea. The tea fragrance is elegant and solid. You can see the staff brewing your cup of tea right away, which you barely can find in other milktea shop and makes this place outstanding.
It is not a chain business, so I would have to drive 30min for this, but I think it worth the quality and the price is so reasonable. I would definitely come by again.“

They have a variety of tease lemonades and Boba drinks even some iced coffees as well and if you’re hungry, they have some appetizing snacks that you can grab like chicken strips french fries that you can have toppings of garlic fries or other seasonings and if you want something sweet they have something that I love funnel cakes. My daughter has something called a waffle on a stick, which is something that I’m interested in trying next time. The Nutella was creamy and it was warm and it came with a little side of vanilla ice cream. She loved it. It looks so yummy. I wish that I had gotten one as well. I can’t wait to go back and if you’re ever in the area, you should definitely stop by and grab one a bonus was that the girls were super knowledgeable of the menu and had plenty of tips to recommend. “This was my first time visiting this place, which is relatively new. I had been in Hayward for over two years and had never found a good ice cream spot like this before.

The ambiance is welcoming and cozy, and the service is quick. They also have unique flavors and combinations. We tried the Dubai chocolate, brown sugar boba, s’more, pineapple, and chili mango flavors.

The Dubai chocolate was the best. It was sweet, salty, and the ice cream was creamy, fresh, and soothing. The brown sugar boba was unique and started more like frozen boba milk tea. The pineapple flavor was tarty, fresh, and complimentary. The s’more was typical milk ice cream cone topped with burnt marshmallow. The chili mango was also typical, tasting like mango topped with tahini that you can see in fruit stands.

Overall, it was a good experience. This place is popular among teens and young adults.“

“As someone who is very particular with thier Taiwanese and Hong kong cuisness, the chef at this iTea reminds me of HK with every bite. The Beef Brisket in Coconut Curry sauce is always on point, tasty beef with all the cuts.

The drinks are also made very well, especially the mango pomelo sago. Thier milk tea is also on point, bubble and boba is chewy and not clumpy.
