“I got the rose milk tea (which is great by itself) and the fried tofu (spicy). Both items were 10/10. I was pleasantly surprised how crispy, tasty and spicy the tofu was. You can get it mildly spicy or very very spicy. I am glad to have T4 so close to where I live. The folks working behind the counter are super nice and hard-working.

“I am a long-time regular of this particular Gong Cha location since it opened in 2023. Every time I make an order, the tea tastes as it should, and more. Do you want to know why? It's because Vincent and his team at Gong Cha Dublin ensure that their customers are given the best service, best ingredients and the best preparation in their teas. Their interior is bright and cozy, and most of the time when I come in, I see Vincent, the owner, shaking up some of tea to pour into those familiar cups you all know by now, before wiping it down to perfection.

“After eating dinner, I decided to drive my way to Hayward to go to Sip & Savor since it’s close to where I ate at. This is quite unusual because this boba shop serves pastas since other boba places serve rice meals. Don’t know but I guess that this is supposed to be a fusion restaurant?

Inside is very quiet though, but I saw some people come in here. I also really like how they decorated part of the wall with “Sip & Savor” sign. If they covered the whole wall and even the ceiling, it would have looked like we’re in a jungle.

I didn’t get pasta, but my mom and I wanted to try their boba. It’s really good though. The Sip & Savor is slightly more expensive and it’s quite flavorful even without adding boba. Not too sweet and it’s just right.

Definitely the best milk tea space in Bay Area! It was open inside 168 Market in Fremont before and now moved to this new place!
All the tea base is freshly brewed to order. Half sugar and less ice is my go to combination. If you prefer stronger flavor, I would definitely recommend extra tea. The tea fragrance is elegant and solid. You can see the staff brewing your cup of tea right away, which you barely can find in other milktea shop and makes this place outstanding.
It is not a chain business, so I would have to drive 30min for this, but I think it worth the quality and the price is so reasonable. I would definitely come by again.“

“I was charging my car in the parking lot while waiting for our table when we spotted Teaspoon's banner and decided to grab a drink.

The last time I had Teaspoon was years ago when I was in Davis, and I always ordered the Grasshopper. I decided to get the same drink this time to see if it had changed.

The Grasshopper is a lychee green tea topped with cucumber juice. It was light, refreshing, and perfect for a warm day. I forgot to adjust the sweetness level, so it ended up being a bit sweeter than I would have liked.“

My assam black with oat milk was very creamy, with only light tea flavor. My friend's passionfruit peaflower was intensely was intensely sweet and fruity. The drinks were a great value for the size, and so was the black sugar boba (even if it was a tad stale). We're definitely coming back for more tasty pastries.“

“Pretty good, though I will say this is a mid Gong cha location. The one in San Jose is considerably better. I go the premium Jasmine Green Milk Tea with tapioca, and it tasted alright. I'll say the boba is definitely a step up T4, but the taste itself is ... quite watered down. I think I'd rather have milk tea from T4, but the tapioca from Gong Cha. If their forces united, they could be powerful, but for now, they're both mediocre in their own ways.“

“As someone who is very particular with thier Taiwanese and Hong kong cuisness, the chef at this iTea reminds me of HK with every bite. The Beef Brisket in Coconut Curry sauce is always on point, tasty beef with all the cuts.

The drinks are also made very well, especially the mango pomelo sago. Thier milk tea is also on point, bubble and boba is chewy and not clumpy.

They have a variety of tease lemonades and Boba drinks even some iced coffees as well and if you’re hungry, they have some appetizing snacks that you can grab like chicken strips french fries that you can have toppings of garlic fries or other seasonings and if you want something sweet they have something that I love funnel cakes. My daughter has something called a waffle on a stick, which is something that I’m interested in trying next time. “This was my first time visiting this place, which is relatively new. I had been in Hayward for over two years and had never found a good ice cream spot like this before.

The ambiance is welcoming and cozy, and the service is quick. They also have unique flavors and combinations. We tried the Dubai chocolate, brown sugar boba, s’more, pineapple, and chili mango flavors.

The Dubai chocolate was the best. It was sweet, salty, and the ice cream was creamy, fresh, and soothing. The brown sugar boba was unique and started more like frozen boba milk tea. The pineapple flavor was tarty, fresh, and complimentary. The s’more was typical milk ice cream cone topped with burnt marshmallow. The chili mango was also typical, tasting like mango topped with tahini that you can see in fruit stands.

Overall, it was a good experience. This place is popular among teens and young adults.“

It made it feel like a very safe, happy environment. “Adorable little home bakery with pickups in HaHa Ramen & Sushi restaurant located in downtown Hayward. My cousin ordered this amazingly cute birthday cake for our grandma and asked me to pick it up. She had contacted the baker via WeChat and was able to request a customized design on their taro flavor cake. My cousin used a popular design style from China for their reference and they were able to replicate it pretty accurately! The cake came ribbon wrapped in a clear cake box - presentation was through the roof great!For the cake itself, it was 3 stars for flavor and texture and +1 for design. It wasn't too sweet (which is the Asian standard) and the cake part itself was fragrant and fluffy. The taro cream was light and subtle. Would have liked to tasted more taro-ness but that might be because the baker uses fresh, natural ingredients instead of artificial flavors - which is appreciated.They also offer creme puffs and drinks as well but hours may vary from what's posted because when I went for pickup (2:30pm on a Sunday) the baker themselves weren't there and only the sushi restaurant staff were present. Double check you have the right order before you leave in these scenarios because I was given the wrong order by the restaurant staff. I just said I was picking up a cake and was handed another person's order - I had mistakenly assumed there was only 1 cake order that's why they didn't ask me for the name or what was ordered. Only when I took a picture for my cousin to let her know I picked up the cake did I find out I got the wrong order. Good thing I lived close enough to quickly swing back. Street parking in front of the restaurant is sparse but I didn't have trouble finding a spot on the block.Overall, a great home bakery that offers cute cake designs on this side of the East Bay!“
