I decided to stop by to get a hot drink since it was cold outside. I didn't have to wait long after I placed my order since there were only a few people inside. My go-to order is The Earl Grey Milk Tea with Agar Pearl 50% sweet. The agar was super melted when the drink was hot, but once the drink started to cool down, the pearl was the perfect texture (super chewy). I stopped here on my way to the movies next door and it did not disappoint! I ordered popcorn chicken and it was cooked perfectly plus they had Sriracha sauce! The caramel milk tea tastes authentic and not powdery. It is also very spacious with 9 tables inside and restrooms available for customers. The employees are very kind and provide quick service. I'll definitely come back next time I'm in the area!

This was my first time at this location my go to flavor is always the honey do if it's on the menu. Fortunately it was and honestly it was so good it barely made it back on the walk to my car. The service was great although regular boba wasn't available at the time the lady at the counter gave other really great options. Not too bad I will have to come back to try food off the menu.
