The night manager Maria Nava was very short extremely rude. When I pulled up to the window she was taking another order through the headset and got upset when I waited for her to hear my total before I paid for my order. She refused to serve me and threatened to call the police on me.
One of the workers did not have on a mask nor gloves handling food. I asked her too and she gave me an attitude as if I was asking something unreasonable. This should be standard and especially now with the virus going around Mcdonals should assure their employees take more precautions

The drive thru employee said can u pls park at #1 for 2 minutes for your hamburger. 10 minutes go by & getting out of my car resulted in kicking the front door until they responded. It did work, they apologized and they gave me extra food but FU McDonalds on Jackson. #NeverAgain
