Local business support! We ordered a slab of ribs (12 ribs total). Comes with 2 sides. We got double fries. They're steak fries, which we love so that was a bonus. Ribs weren't super amazing but they were good enough to satisfy the craving - solid 3.5/4 out of 5. Comes with BBQ sauce or brown sauce which is basically gravy - we got a small sample of this. Received Door Dash order with missing crab sandwich. Called restaurant with them saying they put it in the bag. We ordered 3 meals and a whole pie totaling $150. After insisting it was not in bag they said they would make a new one. Sent my son to pick up. When he got it home the crab inside was completely burnt. Sandwich throw in the garbage. So much for a $17 wasted sandwich.

I grew up with Emil Villas as my parents loved their ribs with their brown sauce and other comfort food items...back then it was 2 orders of the sampler "to-go" to feed a family of 7...nothing fancy about this place but still enjoy their smoked pork ribs.Their ribs are hit or miss but fortunately, this and the last few times they were juicy and tender...the Rib Sampler (3 types of pork ribs) is the way to go: = Emil's Ribs - marinated, then smoked = St Louis Ribs...read full review
