“Beautiful location and good food. Chicken pesto sandwich is very tasty and filling. Avocado toast was good too. Pomegranate iced tea was just fine.
Great views pf the golf course. They offer indoor and outdoor seating. Service was good.
Only complaint- they included 20% service charge for breakfast for two people in the bill. It was not mentioned anywhere and felt unfair. Otherwise its all good.“

“Tried this place yesterday at OTG: Fort Mason. After eating a bunch of other unsatisfying food I just wanted one chicken tender no sauce. Yes one chicken tender. There was a bit of a wait but I was so happy after eating.It was juicy, flavorful and the breading was well seasoned and had a nice crunch to it. The service was friendly and even they still offered me sauce during my pick up. They probably thought wth, but that is truly what I just wanted haha. Anyways try this place!“

“I had to take my dog to the excellent vet across the street ( chabot veterinary).
So happy I stumbled upon this place. I got a very boring breakfast. Mind you that’s exactly what I wanted. Cooked to order. The dining room offers a view of the cook and kitchen. Staff were all super nice. The vibe is small town breakfast diner. The only thing missing is the proverbial counter. The breakfast burritos look real good. Next time!“

“Original. . . there's none like it. . . food is fire or should I say Kamehameha ? curly fries look a little overwhelming but they are on point. Not just another add add Sriracha mayo on everything kind of place. Truthfully original. . . . have order more than 5 times from this place. . . .every time. . .ON POINT!!“

“Whenever my friend Jackie asks me to go out after work on a Friday and where to go, I will just look at her and say nothing and she will say "Ok, I know you want to go to Applebee's" and I will just nod with excitement ?. We love the location, food, atmosphere, and staffs are courteous and will always check on you. I live this place.“

“Food was good. It was a small place and nice atmosphere. The one thing even though no bad, I can tell they cook the pancakes where they cook all the salty food. My pancakes had flavor of sausage and something else. But as mentioned not bad. I would go back“

“Tasty fresh black coffee, peppery refried beans, and the right amount of crispy and soft machaca and eggs.

This quick stop turned into a wonderful family style diner where you can sit back and enjoy your meal and put down your phone for a little while.

The refried beans really tied my machaca plate together. The little bit of spiciness and black pepper pops and it reminded me of bean and cheese burritos growing up.

Stop in for fresh coffee and trust me on the frijoles.“

“Hands down, this is consistently the best dining experience my boyfriend and I have ever had. Seating is quick. Food is as advertised. Service is always quick and courteous.

We usually get an omelette with a side of hash browns and another omelette with a side of custom pancakes. In our opinion that's the best bang for your buck.“

“Now, this is the way BBQ ribs ought to be served! I get the FULL rack here, none of that trimmed off St Louis junk with all the nice meaty ends all trimmed off. These ribs are smoked right here in the restaurant and served with a great brown sauce. It's NOT a gravy like come people say, it's a beef broth reduction that pairs perfectly with the pork ribs, heck even the fries! No place serves real ribs like this place or any of the other Emil Villa's out there.“

“At the suggestion of a friend, who grew up here, I decided to drive to Hayward, CA and try a burger place called Val's Burgers. They've been in business since 1958, but like many small Mom & Pop places, Covid restrictions has them almost down and out. They no longer have any dine-in options and will only accept cash.

I spoke with George, the 2nd Generation owner (Val's son) and his daughter. They both had a sad aura about them. Like they're witnessing the last dying breath of a cherished loved one. It broke my heart. Such nice people being run out of business by greedy heartless politicians.

My friend was right, it was the best burger and fries I have had in a very long time. If you're in the area, support these very nice people and have possibly the best burger you've ever eaten.“
