“This place has such good clam chowder in the bread bowl!!! I used to go to their SF location when I lived in the Mission. The sourdough tastes fresh and the clam chowder is really nice. My boyfriend doesn't even like seafood (picky eater, not from California) but he liked the clam chowder, too!

I also love the Philly rolls. That smoked salmon makes me so happy 😁. I don't ever want to get Philly rolls anywhere else! When I'm able to eat spicy food again (reflux) I can't wait to have the spicy tuna. That used to be a favorite of mine.

“I had called in my order the lady who took my order was very well spoken she repeated my order so they would get it correct. It was ready when I got there I recognized the lady's voice and ask her for the manger she told me she was the manager on duty. She asked me if there was something wrong with the order.I told I just wanted to let her boss know how pleasant she was talking to something about her voice . She said thank you and asked me if there was anything else she could do for me . I stop coming to this location because of the service but decided to give it another chance because I live so close. Joan made me change my mind about it so for the last 2 months I have been coming every week. Great employee. I only go in there when I know she is working.“

“We have been twice fist just my husband and I. The next day there was 6 of us. Food is good does lack a little flavor. When it says with sour cream it is less then a tsp. Constantly having to ask for coffee refills, and for breakfast I feel quick refills are a must. Food did come out really quick and hot, despite how busy it was. Patio seating was more like musical chairs as everyone kept moving tables due to the sun being in your face and umbrella coverage not great. Overall I would recommend this place, but they definitely have room for improvement. None of the staff looked happy or smiled. I didn't drink but the cocktails were nice looking and they did enjoy them.“

“Originally, I thought this place was another establishment due to seeing “the melt” on doordash, only to find out it was actually Dennys. I am so glad that wasn’t the case.

I drove by and saw the storefront and had to give it a try. From the moment I walked to the front door, I smelled an awesome aroma. The place was clean, decor was nice and staff were friendly.

The food itself was AWESOME. Generous portions. The burger itself is almost like what you’d see in commercials. The garlic parm fries were super tasty, and not over seasoned. BBQ bacon burger was juicy, and full of flavor. I’ll definitely be coming back. I spent about 30 bucks, but I also got a double instead of a single. To the CEO or Franchisee, awesome job!“

When we walked in, there were already a few customers, and the space itself was clean, vibrant, and welcoming. The customer care was outstanding from the start. We were greeted right away, and the staff checked in on us throughout our visit to make sure we were good and didn’t need anything.

Our food came out in about 10 minutes or less, which was impressive. We ordered a few steak hoagies, cheesesteak egg rolls, and their lemonade — and wow. Everything was mouthwatering, rich in flavor, perfectly cheesy, and clearly prepared with mindfulness and loving energy. The lemonade was super refreshing and tied everything together perfectly. “Tried this place yesterday at OTG: Fort Mason. After eating a bunch of other unsatisfying food I just wanted one chicken tender no sauce. Yes one chicken tender. There was a bit of a wait but I was so happy after eating.It was juicy, flavorful and the breading was well seasoned and had a nice crunch to it. The service was friendly and even they still offered me sauce during my pick up. They probably thought wth, but that is truly what I just wanted haha. Anyways try this place!“

Fencing is around entire area of the hotel. Beds super comfy, great air conditioning.Only downfall was we traveled with a disabled adult and few times we noticed handicap parking was being used by someone that did not have a handicap permit in/on their car.“

Unfortunately, there are a few other servers that grumble and talk in Spanish to the cook and other servers, which is rude and disrespectful to your customers that don't speak that language!😒 (I know Gloria does it a lot.). The manager is always helpful too. So kudos Black Bear Diner!“
