“We actually just popped onto Mixture to take a look and check out the menu and ingredients buffet in person because we fell completely in love with Chopt in VA over the summer.

What I can say is that there were 2 diners enjoying quite substantially sized salads, so portions appear to be adequate for a full meal portion. The inside of the store was clean, and there was a staff person cleaning an area that had what I believe was a sink and cutlery area.

The DIY bar ingredients reminded me a lot of Sweet Tomatoes back in the day. There was a huge variety and everything looked fresh and crispy. It was about 25' of ingredients behind a glass partition, so I assume you tell your salad maker what you want and how much?

My conclusion is that I will be willing to try them for take away salad one lunch or dinner and see if we like the predetermined salads enough to go back again.

So a vote of confidence based on seeing it in person.

PS: we did bring home a paper menu to compare side by side with the Chopt menu. Chopt menu provides ingredient lists, calories and nutrition information, Mix't provides the same, but also includes a price.“
