“This place is great, they got nice coffee and really good empanadas, The staff is friendly and service is fast. A must try if you are in the area. They offer non-dairy alternatives for your drinks. Parking can be challenging, but that's almost expected since it's next to trader Joe's.“
“Love this place. The manager is very nice. They're one of a few places that still make frozen banana dipped in chocolate and nuts. They also make excellent pies, especially mud pies. They have delicious assortment of chocolate. They even have sugar free chocolate. Must try if you haven't had it. ‼ They'll be close for renovation from Xmas till March 2024. I ordered my mudpie for Xmas dessert. Not sure what I'm going to do with them closed for 3 months.“
“This place is by far the best ever. We venture off and try other Pho restaurants, but then it reminds us why this place is our absolute favorite! No one compares to Pho Auntie 7. Amazing food. The freshness of this food hits my taste buds amazingly; they crave for this place ALWAYS! If you haven't tried this place, try it! You won't regret it. And if you do, there has to be something wrong with your taste buds. ? The atmosphere is nice and clean. Omg! They even wipe and clean all the sauce bottles and salt/pepper shakers at the table; they are never dirty and caked with dry sauce. This is an absolute PLUS because any other Viet place, I have to use napkins to wrap around the bottles so I don't touch other people's grossness. The staff is also friendly and great too. You know you come to a place a lot when they remember your face. I recommend everyone to try this and make it your favorite too!“
“David and Lake Chabot are phenomenal! 1000% recommend. Took my ailing father out on a pontoon ride to celebrate his birthday, from parking to renting, and docking. Felt very taken care of and grateful for the kindness and patience. Definitely will be back!“

“This place is amazing the price for the quality pizza that you get is great. They have a bunch of different concoctions that you can create with the many toppings that you can choose from. I've only been here a couple of times but other than plays seem very nice. Nothing super fancy about that atmosphere but it was clean if you have not been to mod pizza, I highly suggest you try it.“
“Castro valley does not lack for burger places. Since Val's has remained on such limited hours, this is the next best. They will let you have your burger rare and that is how ours came The patty is pretty thin but it was good They have lots of ideas for fixings-- various cheeses toppings dressings etc Chicken sandwich did the job. The salad was surprisingly ok. Lots of stuff on it. It's still a bottled dressjng but that's ok for this kind of place and I don't know if better salads in castro valley ( sad but true) It would be nice if the cashier knew what dressings are recommended for what salads. “The food is good and the service is pretty fast. You have to order food and then the food is brought out to you. We tried the kalua pork hash, ube latte and mochiko chicken and pandan waffle. The food was very tasty. The mochiko chicken was perfectly crispy and the waffle has a great pandan flavor as well. We were not a huge fan of the ube latte, you can't really taste the ube.“
