I got the chicken sandwich quickly but had to wait a min since the chicken was hot. It tasted very good with the picked cole slaw. I will go back and try other menu items. 😋“

“I've been many times and always enjoy the food. My wife and I were celebrating our anniversary today, so in my reservation request I asked if they could play our song after we got there. Without saying anything to the staff about it when we arrived, the song came on a little after we were seated. We both teared up a bit; it surprised me how something so simple could feel so special. My biggest support during exam season. There must be magic in these ice cream because all the flavors are so perfect. I order a fruit freeze 50/50 every time and i REALLY REALLY RECOMMEND trying the fruit freezes. I do guava and cereal milk and oh my godddd they balance out soooo perfectly. It was so good I started buying pints of cereal milk. I wish I could buy the guava in pints too. Best thing in Berkeley, genuinely changed my life“

“I come here 2 times a week. The staff is great!! Milly also knows my kids have a dairy allergy, so he always makes sure the drinks are made properly.

The quality of the macha is unmatched. It is whisked properly for each ordered drink.

The macha donuts are delicious and have a few great flavors.

I also have to give credit to the staff when they are busy and short handed. The staff has always kept their cool and balance taking orders and making them.“

“A hidden gem. Was introduced to this quaint oasis by friends. Since then, it has become one of my favorite haunts. The owner is extremely courteous, very generous and hospitable. We started by going there for dinner but on one occasion wanted to celebrate a friend’s birthday for lunch and needed and requested an extended and uninterrupted experience. So we were allowed to stay on beyond the 2:30 pm shut down before dinner in a very cosy and welcoming setting. The host was most attentive when needed but did not try to rush our ordering of lunch menu selections and even suggested to try some new dishes on the menu. I take all my special guests to the bungalow on rose for an exquisite dining experience.“

“I was really impressed and honestly my expectations weren't that high walking in. The wine list had options you don't see everywhere and the bartender actually knew how to talk about each one. My friend ordered the burrata and I got the steak frites, both came out fast and cooked perfectly. I'm picky about steak and this one was genuinely good, juicy and seasoned well. The whole vibe was relaxed too, not pretentious like some places around here. We ended up staying way longer than we planned just because it felt so comfortable. The owner is very friendly. We tried a variety of flavors, and then ended up getting the Roasted Cashew, Lemon Creme and the Strawberry.

The ice cream was very creamy and thick, with the right amout of sweetness. Extremely tasty. I always try ice cream at local joints, and this one exceeded all expectations. Will definitely come back, if I am in the area.“

OMG, Unbelievable sandwiches, smoked meats, homemade pickles, peppers🫑 and memorable pulled pork, etc. I hang out for a few minutes while Jerry makes my Cuban sandwich, and he has me try their smoked bacon, homemade meatballs, and more. “Beeryland is absolutely fantastic. I've been coming here for the star trek trivia for almost two years. The adult slushies are yummy, and so is most of the food. I don't know if the kimchi grilled cheese is still on the menu, but it's a divisive item. My friends like it but I despise it. Use caution. As you can see by the state of my AmInal Fries (yes the spelling is correct), I am one happy customer. Four stars on the atmosphere because the bathroom could use a facelift, but it is a bar.
