I’ve always been a big fan of ramen, and this place is definitely one of my top two recommendations in the East Bay/Oakland area! The only other spot I’d suggest is Mensho on Piedmont Ave. I’ve been coming here for years, and my favorite is always the Chicken Paitan DX. The broth is always so rich and flavorful with just the right amount of umami and not too much salt. Very good food and atmosphere and service . Have to wait about half hour but it was well worth it
