Well baked, not too sweet, great flavor combinations. 10/10 would recommend the Bake Sum box. If you can’t grab a box, you can grab al a cart day of pick ups just to tide you over until you can get a box 😋“

“Good food. Standard Chinatown-feel type restaurant. About 4 big tables inside and a bit more seating outside. We had 7 people in our group and sat inside, only 1 other table during 11am weekend morning (it was a hot day for noodles).

“Best banh mi place to go to in Oakland for decades. Been going here and their old location for decades. Very fine tuned business that is able to pass on savings to customers as opposed to other stores that keeps marking up. Very yummy, fresh, and reasonably priced.

Vegetarian options: Has spring roll options and bread options.

Parking: Beind the store. Pretty spacious, especially since there is a free parking on street too.“

“Sichuan chicken sandwich really hits. Tasty Taiwanese style fried chicken but in sandwich form? Insane. I've never been the biggest fan of deli sandwiches, but the one I had here (hot coppa) was easily the best cold sandwich I've eaten. Big fan of the sodium levels in everything (plenty).

Also they're not lying when they say "large" cookie. That's a LARGE cookie!“

Both were excellent and cravable. They brought extra grilled toast to soak up the broth from the mussels. That’s service. Nice selection of some reasonably priced glasses of wine that are food friendly. Meatballs are fine comfort food and recommend for the main. Do not sleep on this place.“

“Loved my birthday dinner tonight! Portions small for the prices in our opinion. A scallops main dish with 3 scallops is small. Drinks were amazing, decor fabulous and great service. My son had to go eat more food afterwards as he was still hungry. Bigger portions would be good. Loved everything else! Great choices, appetizers, main dishes and creative drinks were delicious. “I am Salvadoran. I had the hongos pupusa, the chicken pupusa, the yuca con chicharrones. Every bite was an adventure. The Salvadoran dishes are made so creatively. Flavors stayed on your tongue as the sauce of la yuca. The drinks exceptional good. I had the mango verde cocktail….so rico. It was like eating Salvadoran food on fine china.“

We we rather disappointed recently when we called to make reservations for 4 for lunch on 2/25/2022 and were informed they only take reservations for 5 or more. Is this true ? “My Wife, My Friend, & I, go out on a nightly quest looking for new spots to eat, hang-out, or lick down 😋 some delicious 🍦 ice cream or gelato 🍨... Finding this curbside creamery was a turn around, reverse and flip journey at first but once we found this treasury of a spot we were sold. Not only was the service amazing fun and energetic but come to find out every Thursday they create a NEW SOFT-SERVE Ice Cream 🍦 we got to enjoy the coffee flavor... Hands down the BEST EVER. We will be going next week to see what SoftServe Curbside has in store for us.!!
