The tamales are so good!!
Great place with authentic 🥘
The restaurant is in a shared building along with other eateries. Order at the counter and pick up at counter. Carnitas was soft, moist and good. Chilaquiles was nice and crunchy, we added chorizo. Overall a nice place for a bite.

Las Guerreras is a family owned Mexican restaurant in Old Town Oakland. The food is amazing, fresh, and elevated in taste. The service is attentive and kind, even for large groups. The Barbacoa taco and Chicken - Chili Verde Tamale are excellent. The ceviche is to die for, and the best ever. A personal favorite is the pork pineapple taco. The vegetarian tacos are good, and the chicken pozole is a comforting, tasty option. The sangria tropical is one of the best and most refreshing cocktails. An agua fresca is also tasty. The restaurant offers a solid taco experience with flavorful fillings, though the pozole could use a more generous portion of chicken. It is a great spot for a quick, satisfying meal. The two ordering areas can be confusing for first-timers.
