“This was the BEST food I've had in years. I sat there and literally closed my eyes so I could savor the experience and feel ever morsel move through my body. We had the Richmond Roll and the Pink Lady. The vegetarian options are so delicious that I am going to go back over and over again just to try everything on the menu. I literally stopped my conversation because I was having such a spiritual experience with the food. I could not focus on anything other than enjoying it. The customer service was incredible. The staff was so friendly and kind. The presentation of the dishes is immaculate. I felt like I was getting a Michelin star quality meal.

Please go try this. It's so good and so worth the money. I am in awe. ?“

“It's a small dining area, so was kind of tight but the food was good so I didn't mind. We ordered the seafood omelette, which included shrimp, salmon, bay scallops, cheese and tomatoes. Everything was cooked perfectly. It came with seasoned potatoes, and two large fluffy biscuits that melted in my mouth. The staff was friendly and attentive. I will definitely be a repeat customer.“

“I've been many times and always enjoy the food. My wife and I were celebrating our anniversary today, so in my reservation request I asked if they could play our song after we got there. Without saying anything to the staff about it when we arrived, the song came on a little after we were seated. We both teared up a bit; it surprised me how something so simple could feel so special. Kuma distinguishes itself by having served me the best Chirashi Bowl (I had the Chirashi Deluxe), that I have had in my life. What made the bowl better than some good ones I’ve had was not only the excellent fish on top… but the thoughtfully composed bottom of purple rice with tasty nuggets of egg, soybeans, pickled cucumber, braised tofu, sliced lemon, and tobiko. It was SO GOOD. So if you love Chirashi, or just love thoughtfully prepared sushi, this is THE PLACE!“

- Sweet potato gnocchi : very flavorful! The eggplant and hazelnut sauce base is creative! Solid 5/5
- Empanadas: must try. We ended up ordering 2 rounds of these. The frying makes it a little heavy but the taste and the aioli dip are divine. 6/5 …awesome!
- Tumaco ceviche: interesting acidic flavors. The crispy plantain chips were the highlight for us. 3/5 …the acidity wasn’t hitting right but it’s still really good.
- Carpaccio: the sweet tangy sauce makes this really nice. 3.5/5“

“We arrived at 4:50pm on a rainy Sunday and waited ~45mins to get seated (group of 3). The restaurant’s capacity can accommodate 28 guests and they were very efficient with their process (i.e. they took note of group size in line, made sure people reviewed the menu before getting seated, and they had an one-hour limit). Our service was quick. We had both the signature and spicy versions of Tori Paitan, and spicy lamb ramen. Also an order of their seasonal Hokkaido uni and A5 wagyu hand roll. The broth of all 3 ramens was rich, full of umami. Spice added more to the flavor but almost non-existent on the heat front. Chashu was a great balance of fatty part and meat. The fried shaved carrots and eggplant in the lamb ramen were such a pleasant touch to the bowl of perfectly chewy ramen. The A5 wagyu was buttery and melted in your mouth good. Uni was just okay - I had higher expectations with Hokkaido uni. The sushi rice was a bit on the dry side as well. All being said, I’d still say this is a place I would return.“

“My daughter took me and the hubby here for our Thanksgiving celebration since she couldn't come home (Sac) for actual Thanksgiving, we went to her. This was a night I won't soon forget! “Zuni has always been my favorite go to restaurant.  Yesterday‘s lunch was sadly a poor experience. Our waiter was apathetic. The service was unbelievably slow and sloppy and the food didn't live up to its normal standards. I'm really sorry to report this because I love it there. It was super disappointing. I ended up getting my lunch to-go because the place was packed when I arrived — always a great sign! 👏 I ordered the chicken adobo over rice and it was delicious. 🍗🍚 The chicken was tender and well-flavored. I personally could have used just a little more seasoning and maybe a touch of heat 🌶️, but I’m not sure if traditional chicken adobo is supposed to be spicy — either way it was still really good.

The rice was perfectly cooked, and the presentation was almost perfect. It probably got shuffled around a little during my walk back to the office 🚶🏽‍♂️, but it still looked great when I opened it.

The restaurant itself was clean and welcoming. ✨ The person who took my order was very friendly, and the staff member who handed me my meal when it was ready was also super friendly and professional. Great customer service! 🙌

10 out of 10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ — I would’ve given it an 11 if I could! Definitely coming back to try more dishes, especially Silog Thursday (I may not be spelling or pronouncing that perfectly 😄 but I’m excited to try it!).

I stopped in today March 13 around 1:00 PM, and it was busy — especially considering they close at 2 PM. That tells you everything you need to know! 👏🔥

“One65 was an amazing discovery on our trip to San Francisco. Having spent the first half of our life in Montréal, Québec, Canada where it was hard to find a bad restaurant, we were absolutely amazed by this Bistro which looks more like a high end dining experience. The menu online & the photos attracted us to this location but we were amazed by the well timed service, the crisp white tablecloths, the table setting and the pleasant and calm atmosphere. My choices of charcuterie platter was perfectly sized; the chicken & the pork rillettes where a wonderful surprise. My husband had an onion tart with the crust as perfect as they get & which I envied. He loved his halibut, moist and tender and I raved over my grilled half lobster, so tender that I found myself munching on the shell parts as well. My bread pudding was not of overwhelming size & perfectly flavored. Don chose the Affogato (scoop of vanilla gelato « drowned » with a shot of hot espresso). We wanted to go back today but they are closed on Sundays.?“
