“The owner is a lovely woman who tastes everything in her store to recommend the best Dubai chocolates and teas and cheeses for your tastes, which I found touching. We loved finding Dutch honey drops here and porcini mushrooms, and HIGHLY recommend getting a cortado at the coffee bar.”

Glutinous rice & chicken dumpling - excellent
Crispy shrimp & meat tofu skin roll - good, would have been excellent if it's a tad saltier
Siumai - good but not outstanding
House special pan fried noodle - good with premium proteins
Dry-fried string bean - ok, a bit overcooked
Coffee-glazed baby back pork ribs - not good, the sauce was ok but the ribs had very little meat and not crispy enough on the outside. Koi Palace makes a much better version.

The prices were on the expensive side for dim sum. Service was excellent. Waiting to get into the (only) restroom required lots of shuffling to make ways for staff going in/out of the kitchen and cashier's stand.”

“Kat was a chill bartender and served me a delicious cocktail with rum (something I normally don't like!). The atmosphere was chill for a Wednesday evening, and the music was good to beat. Felt divey yet classy, home but far away. Chill spot, lots of seating, clean, and a great place to wind down after work. Would recommend.
EDIT: Pictured is the Milk Grog (it's phenomenal and sweet!) Also try the Reviver as well, very delicious!”

This was one of the best food experiences in my life! It was not just a meal...but an EXPERIENCE! Each bite, you went on a journey of flavors and textures that kept changing in your mouth. Layers of deliciousness 😋.

They change their menu up a lot. We had the celery root ceviche that was out of this world! We were not going to order it at first but the waiter said it was the best thing on the menu...and she was RIGHT!

This was followed by the fava bean battered pork belly and the short rib entree that was so tender that an impure thought could cut it! It was meat candy!

The for dessert we did this dark chocolate cake and the olbea!!!! Do NOT miss out on the oblea! Both were just so divine!

The only pain I experienced was wishing I had another stomach to fit more food!

“Really just a phenomenal spot. Took a gamble the first time after a load out on the way to the airport; could really sit here and eat sushi all day. Very nice waiter/host that I remember both times - everyone was so welcoming. Local tofu appetizer was excellent. Every piece of fish I wanted more of especially the sea trout; exceptionally fresh and also well cut / not too large of a piece especially with the sashimi. Can’t wait to be back in the area so i can visit again”
