Busy little place where locals eat. They make the taco fresh so it takes sime time. Food is excellent. Lots of wine selection. Have you been to Ohaka, Mexico. They are from there.
Went here for girls night with 6 of us. The owner and the staff were amazing. The inside is the exact vibe we were going for, music wasn’t too loud so we could talk, felt like a warm welcoming environment. The food was amazing. Went there tonight and headed back tomorrow morning to try their breakfast burritos with my bf. I would go as far as to say it’s my favorite place in SF.
We absolutely loved Tahona. We ordered the ahi tuna tostada, maitake tostada, mushroom taco, and the berry concha as dessert. Everything was so so delicious, especially the maitake tostada. And we loved the service - so friendly and caring. Thank you for being such an awesome neighborhood eatery!
