“Great food, Indoor dining and excellent service!”

“I tried to encourage my 12 yo to go to a different Berkeley Thai restaurant last night. His response was, "Dad, if it isn't from Maya Thai, honestly, I'm not interested."

Vegetarian options: I have also ordered take out many times, too. Always excellent. They close at 8.30 pm not 9 pm. Google screwed that up, oc.

Dietary restrictions: Very GF aware.

“Came here 3 days ago to try the food since I've constantly drove by and wanted to have a taste. I am super disappointed in my experience. The Hot dogs were like rubber and could tell they had been cooked hours before. There was barely any meat in the chili. I also was charged $147 instead of $14.70 by the manager Pat and she refused to refund me. I will never return or recommend anyone to go here.”

“Jen and Cecy and the team at Cafe Soleil catered our wedding at the Brazilian Room, and it was a wonderful experience. The food was absolutely delicious, they took care of *everything* in the venue, and they were truly a joy to work with. Cecy was very responsive, professional, and patient with our many questions and requests. During the reception, the staff was wonderful with the passed appetizers and the bar, and the servers took care of us (bride and groom) with special attention. At the end of the evening, once our guests were done with the bar, the bartender even came out on the dance floor to teach us a line dance. :-) Jen is a treasure: her professionalism is suffused with genuine warmth, and we felt well taken care of from the very beginning of the process. And did I mention the food was amazing?”

“What a great little burger place. They offer home made Korean style pickles and peppers in jars for the taking. Burgers are great and made with care in front of you. I really like this place.”

“Super cute place. Come as you are kind of bar. There are food vendors, gaming activities, pool, darts, wonderful people that are super chill. Legend says if you're there on a Monday there's There 2 islanders that cook amazing food...The only thing is that they show up randomly. They will post on the Second 2 None Facebook 5 hours before showing up. If you want to be there when they cook best to like this page so you can get the latest updates and last minute events and after parties.. PS. mention Alice or Ichigo referred you to the Bartender so they know. Also real men wear miniskirts if you can do that, kilts count too...”

“Juice Breeze is hands down the best spot for desserts and smoothies! The menu is incredible, and their pancakes are honestly the best I’ve had in my life—so fluffy, flavorful, and just perfect. “I went to the bakery today, because I wanted pupusas. Xinia's Bakery popped up as the best in town, I've never had Salvadorian food before it was delicious I had beer cheese and pork pupusas, I ordered a tamale and I had a puff pastry dessert and she shared with me the tres leche cake I've never had it and it was Simply Delicious. I only had the pupusas out of the variety of foods on the menu and they were delicious I will be a return customer. Maybe not too often for fear of gaining too much weight???”

“My fiancee and I love Diane's banana bread. With a soft and fluffy texture, it has the perfect sweetness to banana ratio. The cinnamon crumble ontop, certainly added an extra tasty surprise. She is sooo nice too!!! We will be back for more!!”

“We had Aloo Parantha and pani puri. And the taste is so good and similar to the taste we can get in India. I would like to visit again for breakfast and will try other food, some other days.”

“Very delicious! I got the chicken and mixed vegetables with steamed rice. Their lunch special came with a corn soup, which was also tasty and a nice way to start the meal. I liked the sauce on the chicken and vegetables a lot. Rice just needed soy sauce. Nice and large portions. Also came with fried wontons and sweet and sour sauce. My husband liked the spicy orange chicken but didn’t find it spicy. We shared the Chinese chicken salad as well. Even their tea was good! Would happily come back.

Parking: Shared lot with laundromat and liquor store, felt safe too.
