They have the best pastries and cakes at a very reasonable price . I love the Mexican wedding and the cheese cakes. My friends from San Fransisco always stop at Maira when they come to visit and buy assorted pastries. They are all delicious.
Everything I got was delicious, very affordable, and the service was great! My favorite was the Tres Leche cake, but the guava pastry was a close second. Will definitely be going back!

I've tried a lot of goodies here, but the fruit tart is the best I've ever had in my life. The custard is light and creamy and not too sweet like some tarts can be, and the fruit is fresh and beautifully arranged. But the crust, MY GOD IN HEAVEN is sheer perfection. Try it and if you don't think it's the best crust on any pie you've ever had, I will eat my hat.
