“This is a family run place with outdoor seating. The food is quick, fresh and tasty. Women members of the family are nicer than the men, who can be clueless and unhelpful. Sometimes the meat is recooked in the crispy tacos which are otherwise my favorite. The flautas are also fresh and good as are the refried pinto beans.I like this casual place a lot—you can buy Russian River Brew next door at Raymnond’s excellent pizza place and sit in the sun with the locals.“

The back patio is the perfect place to watch the World Cup! Absolutely keeping this place on my list of favorites! “I ordered the chilaquiles rojos with steak...they were excellent!
The sauce was not overwhelming with spice or hot, which gave me room to add just enough to make it perfectly right to how I like it. The tortillas had fresh taste and they were still crispy, even though the chilaquiles had plenty of sauce. The steak was good quality beef also.

Overall, the best chilaquiles I've had in a very long time. I will definitely come back again and based on this meal...I highly recommend it!

“The food and service are really good im a local and me and my family come here a lot whenever we arw hungry. I love the nacho fries because they make them with nacho cheese instead of shredded cheddar. Also ive had breakfast burritos at multiple places in the area and the ones here blow any of those out of the water, the regular burritos are good too. All the food taste fresh and cooked with care not assembled quick and sloppy, the whole menu is solid and i plan to keep coming in the future.“

“We had the tamales—chicken, pork, cheese and the sweet corn one. All of them tasted great and were pretty generously sized. The red and green salsas were all obviously hand made with some love. I also noticed that the masa used had a pleasantly light, moist quality to it—it wasn’t dense and dry. You just gotta respect the hell out of a place that can serve up a hearty, nutritious packet of goodness like this for around $3.“

“This is a classic place that I hadn’t been to since I was in college. It hasn’t changed a bit. The decor is really cool and the food is very good. Prices are a little bit high, considering what you get. Service was good, but not great. I was surprised at how long it took for the food to get there. The servers and staff were very nice. “Possibly the best burrito I've ever had. I have eaten thousands of burritos and have a few favorite spots so I'm biased to my favorite spots and ready to be dissapointed when I try new ones. This burrito was perfection. It was huge and flavorful. The ratio of all the ingredients was perfect. Every ingredient from the tortilla, to the cheese, to the meat, to the rice was delicious and shined on its own. Put it all together and I was very pleasantly surprised and highly recommend this establishment. Service was attentive and friendly. Hibiscus Agua fresca was very refreshing.“

We went for Taco Tuesday and the deal is hard to beat—2 tacos (your choice), a side, and a drink for $12.99. I got the poblano and yam tacos, half rice/half whole beans, and a horchata (that I gave to my husband) and my husband ordered a chicken burrito. Even after leaving a 20% tip, it came out to under $20 per person, which feels like an incredible value for the quality.

The staff was super friendly, and while the space is tiny, we were able to grab a cozy seat at the window which made it even more enjoyable.

The food was fresh and really flavorful. One standout for me was their red salsa—it actually had some heat without that overpowering vinegar taste you sometimes get, which I really appreciated.

Highly recommend checking them out, especially on Taco Tuesday. Definitely a spot I’ll be coming back to again and again.“

Let me start off by saying I am a burrito guy. I realize this place opened in my neighborhood and decided to give it a try after reading the reviews. They’ve got a couple of reviews talking about how the food wasn’t that good etc. I live off of burritos and that is far from the truth.
The burrito itself was very tasteful. The seasoning was perfect. The rice is good. The shell was cooked exactly how most people would like it.
Let me get to the one star part of My review now.
First at the counter, the guy worked in the counter, gave him my order. It was hard for them to understand kept repeating, and I gave them specific directions slowly on how I wanted my burrito made. When you tell somebody no beans and then two minutes later they come back and say you don’t want no beans no I don’t. When you tell somebody I want cheese and then they come back while they’re sitting there typing something in and say do you want cheese. With that said that’s minimal here’s the bad part. My wife cannot eat dairy I told the first person three enchiladas and no dairy, no cheese and no sour cream. I said all three of those things however I should’ve only been able just to say no dairy and they should understand that, but I specifically said no cheese and sour cream.. Specifically said my wife cannot have dairy. After talking to the lady in the back going back And fourth. The lady comes out and continues my order. She’s really a hard worker and tries too hard but I think it’s a slight language barrier. She repeated to me no sour cream and no cheese and I said correct as I’m leaving getting my order she opens it to show me, how the enchiladas were and I said oh is that sour cream she said yes I said no sour cream. My wife cannot eat dairy no cheese and she goes oh no cheese?. So she takes the tray back rather than make a new one she scraped the sour cream out of the tray and was not aware of that at the time when I got home, I had to wipe it out with paper towels. I think they personally should’ve grabbed another tray possibly remade the order if it was the neighborhood of dairy. That’s just my opinion, but the food was great. Have a good day.
I went well before lunch place was not busy only one other customer there so no reason to get mixed up here. So I don’t want to dock them for the food and trying just making people aware who can’t have dairy. Be careful.“
