“A local shop owner mentioned La Chona for a bite to eat while we were in the area.The food was great, traditional Mexican dishes. We came in for lunch on a Saturday. There was a fair amount of seating available to pick from.We had the super burrito, a steak quesadilla, and quesabirra. They had a lamb or beef option for the birra, and my husband got one of each. He mentioned it was a lot of meat in each, and that they could have used a bit more cheese.Limited parking.“
“We got the Zacatecas special pizza, it was fresh and absolutely delicious. An extra large pizza was about 40 bucks, but absolutely worth it. I would definitely come back and order again. Not sure why the reviews aren't great for this place, but I can only review the pizza and it was amazing.“

“We ran across this place looking for dinner late the other night. It was closing in 5 minutes so wasn't a good choice then but we noticed the pizza birria on the menu and just had to try it. So when we were in the area again but earlier we decided to give it a shot and boy were we glad. The pizza birria was like a multilayered quesadilla filled with birria and cheese with a side of soup. Filled with onions and topped with cucumber and radishes + add yourself lime and salsa. It was fantastic and we polished off the whole thing with two people. Will be back to try other things. It's inside the Food Barn.“
