“I get stuck in this part of town for my kid's sports sometimes and this is the only food truck we go to. We tried a number of the others, and this one is consistently the best taste, value (3 tacos for $9)and portion sizes. The grilled onions and sliced radishes they serve with the street tacos is a nice addition.“

“The ladies who were working there today were really nice. I had a beef taco and it was very good. Spicy as we love it! It came with jalapeño, grilled onions and lime. When I fell outside their store, they offered me an ice pack. Today they gave me two cherries in my sundae, so I have sworn allegiance to them forever. My favorite flavor of the day that has ever happened is banana caramel, but I also have enjoyed most of their flavors of the day. If I don't like their flavor of the day, I get a brownie sundae or a lemon raspberry sundae. Anyway, very tasty, highly recommended.“

“Even though we didn’t end up renting from City View Commissary, we felt compelled to leave a review because the experience and customer service were truly exceptional.

The venue itself is beautiful, clean, spacious, and thoughtfully maintained. & a kitchen space could be included in the rental. It’s the kind of space you can easily imagine transformed for a special event. But what really stood out was CJ’s kindness and humanity.

We had just lost our wedding venue only weeks before our wedding. An incredibly stressful and emotional situation and CJ was beyond understanding and compassionate. He was willing to work with us, took the time to listen to our needs, and never made us feel rushed or pressured. Even more impressively, he went above and beyond by connecting us with another venue that ended up being a better fit for our wedding, even while we were actively touring his space.

“Wow! This place is amazing! I'm extremely picky about my Mexican food. As someone that grew up on authentic food from michoacan, it's very difficult for me to find decent Mexican food. This place exceeded my expectations by a long shot! The tortilla was fire, the salsas were fire, the meats/seafood was fire! The fish and shrimp tacos tasted like the ones I had in Ensenada growing up! The service was absolutely outstanding. Very friendly, and extremely attentive! “I would eat here again if I was staying at the Hyatt house again. 5 stars for atmosphere because it is close enough to enjoy your food in your room! It is a good atmosphere outside by the truck too but not lots of seating or cute decor if thats what you're looking for.

I was given a free beignet, fresh and hot to enjoy while I waited.

They didn't have the burger when I was there and I was between the mushroom sandwich or a chicken thigh pita. If I could go back, maybe next time I would try the chicken pita. The mushroom sandwich was good but I am personally not a fan of very thick bread. The fries were delicious, thick cut fries and fried perfectly. Nice and hot. Friendly service“

This place is literally one of the only good places to eat authentic Mexican food. Their regular burritos are 10.95 and they are literally the size of other restaurants that charge you 13$ for "super" burrito and them shi be nasty. Bomb ahh asada fries, the guacamole is so good, it has a perfect mix of lime, pepper, salt and avocado. The tacos taste the same as the ones do in mexico, you want authentic? This place has tacos that are literally the same thing that they sell in Mexico, literally where tacos come from! (Specifically the ones from guadalajara, those are the ones it reminds me of). Burritos are fantastic. The asada is the best from every other taco place. If you want to find a better place you have to drive at least 30 more minutes south/southwest. This is an honest review by a real Mexican, not a gringo that only knows shell tacos and chimichangas.“

“I've been ordering from Tacos Etzatlan #2 for about the last 6 months consistently (though my belly has been unhappy about it). I am absolutely addicted to their food. In fact, this is likely the best food truck I've tried in my life! Make no mistake this isn't to be taken lightly as I am a huge foodie who is personally obsessed with trying tacos from everywhere I can (including doing tasting tours in Mexico).

My personal favorites are the asada tacos and their asada super burritos. I rarely eat an entire burrito that big but believe me, these are so tasty that I don't leave anything behind. My kids love this spot so much that they call them the best burritos in the world.

What's the secret sauce? The ingredients are so fresh, flavors stay in your mouth.

Options galore (tacos, tortas, burrito, etc) which have satisfied many cravings I have had. Customer service is A+ and it is Latina owned and run which I am always thrilled to support! They are fast but you can call in your order if you are in a rush!

I saw several reviews that they are cash only- that is no longer the case so bring your favorite plastic and enjoy!!

“I'll have to say that there's nothing special about this food truck, still good don't get me wrong but nothing stands out amongst the food items, the service quick but it was just me, no line and the location of the truck is to hidden with not enough signs to show. A bit pricey for the portion of meat on the burrito.

Parking: It's a small parking lot but since there aren't a lot of customers It's easy to get a parking spot and the food truck is right there inside the parking lot.

“Ive been coming to Tacos La Raza for some years and they consistently deliver on flavor. The tacos de suadero are juicy, well seasoned and cooked perfectly. I just had the packed steak super burrito and it was delicious. Salsa roja is perfect not overbearing.

The tacos de asada are a can't-go-wrong classic and I appreciate the mix of carrots, radishes, onions and peppers that complement each dish. Fully eat the quesadillas while they are warm; don't save to reheat this selection, as it's cheese is much better freshly cooked. The quesabirrias hit the spot for me, too! I like the horchata the best of the aguafrescas that are all refreshing and not overly sweet. I like the doradito light-browning of some of the food selections, and the salsas are very tasty - I like the green sauce the best.
The staff members are keen to make the food as you like it and aim to get your meals to you with efficiency and a smile. They care!
Many people return here from what I've witnessed. The corner can be a bit windy on the straightaway from Civic Center to the West, but on a sunny day it can be great to borrow part of the bench and table to eat by the tropically-colored and decorated food truck. Some people choose to carefully dine in their cars for warmth, too, somewhat like a drive-up diner.
