“Delicious tacos!! I got a fish taco and a birria taco & horchata to go. The fish taco was pretty good, but AHH the birria!! The best birria taco I’ve ever had (I wish I got like 5 more), and the horchata tasted super distinct and was great as well. There’s a little parking lot on the side too and an eating area in front of the truck. Ugh but yeah the birria taco is insane.“

“This place has probably the best churros in the bay area. We came all the way from San Jose to try the churros and we were not disappointed. We had vanilla, caramel, and chocolate. Made fresh and very delicious. Must try. They only accept cash. The service is quick. This is a must try.Park by the supermarket and go and grab some delicious churros and enjoy.

“We encountered this Indian fusion food truck at Almanac Brewery in Alameda. We were immediately excited by the extremely creative menu with so many options. There are many vegetarian options as well as meat. We ordered the paneer tacos and got the tikka masala sauce on the side and it was so fresh and flavorful! The quantity (3 tacos) was very worth the cost. We are looking forward to going back and trying all the unique dishes on their menu. “We call this the zombie truck and for good reason lol the very first time we pulled up a couple of years ago, there were people EVERYWHERE, leaning on the side of the truck, sitting in front of it, leaning against cars...and everyone was stuffing their faces and looked zombie like. We said WELL that food has to be good! AND IT IS!! We just got back from a weekend getaway to the Bay area and found it again on accident. I had 3 tacos, the shrimp one was delicious..could have had a little less of their sauce on it but it was still delicious. I also had a steak taco and got a taste of that steak! It was SO good! The chicken on my chicken taco was shredded which disappointed me. I thought it was weird to have shredded chicken on a street taco but they didnt offer me a choice when I ordered so I just ate it. It was okay, but I definitely preferred the grilled.
Their steak is perfection, perfectly seasoned and delicious.

We went back 2 days later and I got the steak and shrimp loaded fries and they are AMAZING. My friends got the burritos with steak and they loved them too. Don't be intimidated by the atmosphere or the crowd, there is always a guard on site and I have never in my 4 visits seen an issue with anyone. AWESOME food truck!!“

I parked inside and although I was coming for Mama Cuca, the charm of the staff selling carnitas really called me!Totally Mexico style they offered a free sample and of course I ended up buying a pound of carnitas to take home ?The carnitas are cooked to perfection, tender, tasty, accompanied by fresh tortillas hand made to order. The salsas are great but the real game is in the meat.They told me the nieves truck is the same business, that’s why I am posting here.The lady making tortillas told me they make their own syrups with fresh fruit for the raspados, next time I will come for snacks from that truck.As always, make sure to tip your servers and cooks!!
