Don Rafa has been here for years now. He's very friendly, if you speak Spanish be sure to strike up a conversation. Recommend his burritos in particular, along with his pambazos (he's from the Xochimilco area in CDMX, so they're the real deal). Takes both cash and card/Apple Pay, etc.
Cheaper and loaded with meat. But no comparison to Paisa down the street. This truck is almost in someone's driveway and can't really eat there. Friendly service, decent tacos but with so many options in Oakland, worth exploring others

Huge delicious tacos, very full of meat! The business is in the driveway of a residence so you just park where you can nearby. I love the pickled veggies and salsa bar they have, very generous.
