“I've been here for a long time and for whatever reason my original review is not here. Nonetheless this place is amazing. A diamond hidden in the rough, an oasis for those who need a boba fix. It's a local store filled with anime goodies and is a TCG haven for Magic, Lorcana, Yu-Gi-Oh, and of course POKEMON! This is the place to be. There are different nights for specific TCG's and they have pokemon trade nights. I recommend joining the discord. Come by and enjoy a drink made by Em, or the guys talking about all the TCG's. The owners a nice guy to boot!“

“Our Kingsmen group meets here once a month for breakfast. The food, service and atmosphere is always excellent. Denise is Usually our server and does an excellent job ensuring that our food and drink orders are correct and piping hot (cold drinks cold). She is always pleasant and friendly in spite of our large group. Thank you Denise, all the cooks, and wait-staff for making Sukie’s Country Kitchen an Institution for our community.

“I always go here for takeout. I enjoy the sushi, and because they are located right across from an Asian market (I shop at) with fresh produce and fish, I know my orders will be tasty and fresh. The prices are very reasonable given the quality of the food. I will continue to go here.“

“We met up here for breakfast and we were happy we did. We arrived as they opened. We learned that they start serving mariscos after 9am. We had chiliquiles verdes and machaca con huevos. Both plates were delicious. The chiliquiles had a small kick (spice) to it, which I loved. Homemade tortillas came with the machaca. We also had the agua de jaimica, which was good. Service was great and ambiance was great as well. We'd definitely come back.“

The shop itself is cozy and welcoming with indoor and outdoor seating. Melt Me is a small business operated by kind people who are dedicated to innovation and quality.“

The good:

Bettenjan bi tahina: So flavorful! Loved all the sauces, and the dish came together beautifully — healthy food with great presentation.

The not-so-good:

Portion sizes were quite small, so we left feeling a bit unsatisfied.

The sumac spritz tasted mostly like sugar water with barely any other flavor.

Overall, a nice place if you’re looking for healthy options, though it would be great to see some chicken kebabs for non-vegetarians and falafel choices for vegetarians.“

“I saw the ratings and didn't know what to expect. Brought my family here to avoid the Berkely Parents' Weekend crowds. I was so pleasantly surprised the quality of the food and service. The roti is so fresh - perfectly crispy and chewy. The spices on the food and house coconut dipping sauce offered so much flavor - we were all blown away. Our kids loved the Thai Tea. Accomodates vegan taste buds and all other dietary preferences.“

“You enter through a walkway full of displays. Then a beautiful patio, up a ramp where you can grab a menu and wait in line. You place your order at the register and get a number. We found a table, grabbed ourselves water and waited for food to come out as its made. Luckily we were sharing plates so it didn’t matter how long between dishes.“

Its a great place to meet for coffee in the most beautiful Colonial house! The atmosphere is amazing and would be a great place to work or complete school assignments.

I ordered a Caramel Machiato (hot) with oatmilk and it was one of the best cups of coffee I've had! The brie and ham croissant was delicious, but would be better if warmed or at least given the option. 4/5. It would be 5/5 if there was an option to warm baked goods.“

“A pure delight. Terrific homemade food that is fresh and filling. I love the rockfish sandwich, which I order open-faced next to a seasonal salad and a fat slice of cake. The coffee is strong and they also serve beer and wine. I can’t wait to try a warm plate, there is schnitzel, kugel, pasta … A little piece of me died when Gaumenkitzel closed, but my heart is healing at Anja’s.“

We had the Richmond Roll and the Pink Lady. The vegetarian options are so delicious that I am going to go back over and over again just to try everything on the menu. I literally stopped my conversation because I was having such a spiritual experience with the food. I could not focus on anything other than enjoying it. The customer service was incredible. The staff was so friendly and kind. The presentation of the dishes is immaculate. I felt like I was getting a Michelin star quality meal.

“I have been meaning to try this place for a while and it did not disappoint. Located in a beautiful white store front the food is just as good as the whole aesthetic of the restaurant.

I got Khao soi curry and a seafood noodle dish. It was fast delicious and fresh.

The service also was incredible. Totally mom and pop vibe where everyone hustles, is friendly and delivers just a great experience.

Parking was easy and we walked into a warm atmosphere with high ceilings, long tables with comfortable chairs and professional service.
