This is one of my favorite date night place in Berkeley! It's a really cute take-out place with the best potato puffs! They have a crispy shell with soft and fluffy filling, which is yummy by itself and even better when dipped in the sauce.Their sandwiches are also really good, my favorite is their fried buttermilk chicken sandwich. We came here on a weekend and there wasn't a long line at all. We got our order pretty quickly and shared the roast beef with house made green peppercorn pâté and watercress on ciabatta and crispy potato puffs, which ended up being the perfect amount for 2 people. Solid food a really like the fried chicken sandwich. Have been to this spot pre and post covid and they do a good job in both situations. The prices are a bit high for comfort food.
