One of the best toripaitan ramen I have ever had. The soup is very rich in flavor compared with usual toripaitan. The taste is closer to the tonkotsu soup base but it is not greasy at all. The soup is thick and is almost like tsukemen. Some people might not like it and could be too salty for them but it is just right for me. I also like the duck slice and pork slice. we were there on a tuesday shortly before 8.30 pm and had to wait about 20 minutes (2 people). the staff were very nice. the toripaitan ramen was fantastic. the price was also good. the wagyu ramen was also delicious - but the price was quite high (despite the wagyu). because of the ambience i only give 4 stars, as it is a very small restaurant. there is not a lot of space at the tables and the food came faster than average and you had the feeling of having to rush because there...read full review
