We we rather disappointed recently when we called to make reservations for 4 for lunch on 2/25/2022 and were informed they only take reservations for 5 or more. Is this true ? All out of the soft rolls. Had the Dutch crunch and I asked for it to be toasted which they forgot to do. Bread was cold dense and chewy. The rest was on point. No napkins in the bag though. So excellent drippy sandwich needs napkins. Plus no in place tables to sit at? That's why the less stars. I will try again though but I guess I will be clearer? Give them a try. Also forgot to take a photo but my sandwich tracked with the other photos.“

“Loved my birthday dinner tonight! Portions small for the prices in our opinion. A scallops main dish with 3 scallops is small. Drinks were amazing, decor fabulous and great service. My son had to go eat more food afterwards as he was still hungry. Bigger portions would be good. Loved everything else! Great choices, appetizers, main dishes and creative drinks were delicious. Kind of surprised knowing they knew it was my birthday that they didn't offer me a birthday "something" to make it special. For these prices I would expect something.“

“A put bull was allowed to attack our dog tonight, they were sitting at the bar by the door. Our dog is well-behaved and well-trained and was attacked walking out of the restaurant. I appreciate places being dog friendly but plz be safe. The food and drinks are great but this ruined the evening.“

The walls are decorated with the murals of local artists, there's a few pinball machines and two fire pits. I think the cooks are overly generous with salt. Both our brussel sprouts and the scallops were really over salted. “Extraordinary food, fully deserving of its two Michelin stars. The 10 course tasting menu is a must, and is mainly focused on seafood. It is inventive and masterful. We were there for 3 1/2 hours enjoying some of the best food I've ever eaten. The staff were knowledge, precise and very friendly - not always something you get at high end restaurants. The wine pairing is highly recommended, with a wide range of unusual wines, that complement the food so well. It is eye-watteringly expensive - we paid $500 per person all in, but it is worth it. Thank you to all the staff at Commis for a truly special experience.“

These hard working lady's provide a comfortable, inviting and friendly place to recharge and relax and refuel.

“I had Christmas Eve Dinner with a few friends. I ordered the spare ribs, which were excellent. I also loved the mashed potatoes and veggies. Please know that they are not traditional spare ribs. It seemed more like a big hunk of pot roast, but the seasonings were quite good. The service was very good overall. I would highly recommend.🩷“

“I’ve visited Saucy Hut’s food truck before, so I was excited to check out their new store location in Oakland — congratulations!

When we walked in, there were already a few customers, and the space itself was clean, vibrant, and welcoming. The customer care was outstanding from the start. We were greeted right away, and the staff checked in on us throughout our visit to make sure we were good and didn’t need anything.

Our food came out in about 10 minutes or less, which was impressive. We ordered a few steak hoagies, cheesesteak egg rolls, and their lemonade — and wow. Everything was mouthwatering, rich in flavor, perfectly cheesy, and clearly prepared with mindfulness and loving energy. The lemonade was super refreshing and tied everything together perfectly. It all fully satisfied my craving.

“The decor was festive and abundant in the best way possible, and the cocktails looked unique and curiosity-piquing. I narrowed my choices down to a Cafe Sua Daddy and the Soy Sauce Old Fashioned.

I love a savory drink and the sweet caffeinated espresso martini-esque drink had a thick blanket of just-salty-enough foam reminiscent of the salt cream that tops a boba drink. The Soy Sauce Old Fashioned catapulted me back to my childhood, eating slabs of tofu drenched in shoyu at my grandma's house. I loved the custom soy bottle presentation, it was just strong enough to tolerate being poured over a large rock while maintaining its flavor.

My partner had the Umami Tots and Mapo Tofu. I couldn't resist the siren song of some crispy potatoes dunked in chili oil cream, but managed to hold myself back on the tofu- even though it smelled amazing.

Can't wait to return and try the new seasonal drinks, along with more snacks.“

“This is a basic cafe inside Eastmont Town Center. Nothing too fancy, but if you want to support a local small business and the Center, this is better than the neighboring fast food options. I work at this site occasionally and like the coffee.“

“Hotel clean. I seen more housekeepers here then I have even seen at any hotels recently. Everyone was beyond helpful. The courtyard and pool area was clean, quiet, and safe. Fencing is around entire area of the hotel. Beds super comfy, great air conditioning.Only downfall was we traveled with a disabled adult and few times we noticed handicap parking was being used by someone that did not have a handicap permit in/on their car.“
