“Get the soondae guk here. This nationwide chain is well known for their soondae, but this location seriously loads up on the meat. The broth is ridiculously rich but delicate. I never finish my rice but I ended up ordering another bowl. Service is top notch. They’re so busy but took time to listen to us.“

“Just go! There's a parking lot so you won't need to circle to find a spot. The food is INCREDIBLE!
And they have a little hidden oasis in the back where one can eat a crazy good burger & spiced fries.
It's the little things that matter - the special sauce, the sink in the back where we could wash our hands before / after eating, and the incredible service & smiles we received when we walked in. We'll be back anytime we are in the neighborhood!!“

We ordered 8 garlic wings, 8 hot wings, and cheese&corn. I LOVE the wings, they made it after we ordered it (cuz we could hear they started frying it), so fresh and flavorful. “ok so at first i didnt know this place was even a thing but the pizza we order was very good and there was code on our coupon and we used and it said we could get a free 2 liters bottle soda but we used it to knock down the price and so when we went to go pick up the pizza and we told the worker about the coupon and ect and they told us since we used the code to knock down the price if we wanted the bottle soda we would have to pay 5 bucks for it so we decided to leave the place and we arent coming back to this place“

“My family decided to give the Honey Garlic chicken a try and it was a really good. It was still crispy with the sauce. I was actually a little skeptical since I had the Korean fried chicken at Von’s before and it was just soggy and nasty so I kind of expected the same but to my surprised, it was crispy and tasty! We also ordered the rose dtebokki with cheese that was really good as well. Loved the sauce and the spice wasn’t overwhelming. The only downside was the price. It’s pretty expensive but some chicken so it will definitely will be a once in a while type of treat!“

“The food was fresh, flavorful & delicious! You could tell the chef took great pride in the meals prepared. The Kale & Shrimp, Jollof Rice was a wonderful medley of flavors, savory greens, plump shrimp, and the rice was so fluffy with just the right amount of spice. I added goat to mine & my dining partner added chicken. And the plantain was ripened, carmelized perfectly. I was only able to eat half, saving the rest for lunch the next day.

The space is quaint with two tables on either side of the room. The menus were frayed & soiled, giving off a lack of care for simple details. That being said, I will still return.“

A dear friend insisted I try the pineapple coconut cakes, ordering four and telling me “you will see.” That level of confidence immediately raised my curiosity and it absolutely delivered.

From the moment I walked in, the staff set the tone. They were kind, informative, patient, and genuinely welcoming. That level of service matters, and they got it right.

I initially ordered four plates and appreciated the menu variety, especially seeing whole chicken wings offered. But the real moment came when I sampled the shrimp in my car. It was outstanding. Perfectly seasoned, flavorful, and memorable.

I turned right back around and ordered an additional plate with catfish and shrimp, and that sealed it for me. The shrimp are 🔥🔥🔥!

“I love this place. I have been coming here for over 2 years. The lunch buffet all you can eat salad and pizza is really affordable with a huge variety. I enjoy the atmosphere with its freindly vibe, good views and calm location. They have tvs left on sports if you like that but its never to loud. Clean bathrooms, and very clean salad bar and over all place in general. If you go here you might as well go across the street to the Mormon temple to check out the views and garden. But the pizza and salad is just great. Parking is easy and you can get off highway 13 easy and get back on. And if you feel like a hike just go right above it half a mile to juaquin miller park.“

The wings were great! Loved it. It was very juicy and would recommend getting them. The ceasar salad was okay.

“I’ve been eating Pizza Factory pizza for over 15 years. It was the only pizza joint in my town while growing up. Since moving to the Bay Area 10 years ago I’ve missed the classic taste of the pizza! Imagine my surprise when I got a craving for some za and saw that a PF was in the same city as me! It’s quick, cheap (for the bay), and delicious. Can’t go wrong with this spot.“

“This location is the best pizza service in Oakland. I used to do Domino’s but their app switched me to a location south of the lake which doesn’t abide by corporate policy to leave the order at the door if indicated by the customer in the app. Whereas this location abides by corporate policy and indeed follows customers’ instructions if they want their orders left at their doors. And the food is 1000% better too. For the same price you get twice as much food as Domino’s and it’s not loaded with salt.“

He is good peeps, sometimes we just need a good laugh when things are boring at work 🤣. -Also, I still need my free salad, after I done ordered a thousand toppings pizza (I will not give up on this campaign). “Not the absolute best boba place but certainly the most bang for your buck if you want to order snacks and a tea. My orders are always ready pretty fast and anything fried is made to order and very fresh. Also, I've never had any mistakes with my orders, and I've been to this location over ten times. I especially like the tiger milk tea and the oolong milk tea.“

“There food is delicious. Called my order in 25 min early and It just took five min to wrap and give me enough sauce to eat it with. I had snapper and catfish combo it was Smackin. Great food does take time. I like to get my food in 10-15 min but at least it's fresh. The restaurant didn't have many people dining in, they were stopping in to order and coming back to pick it up though. There deserts were amazing looking and the workers at Jjs were really nice and called me sweetheart.“

“You were in Oakland for the day and wanted some pizza. We looked on Google maps and had a lot of choices to chose from but this mountain Mike's got our attention and let me tell you we are so glad we came to this location because from the moment we walked in to when we left we had great customer service but most of all our pizza was perfect. The lady came out to clean a table and I had to ask her if she made our pizza and she said yes and I was like thank you so much for a great pizza. Thank you to the gentleman that took our order as well on 8/9/26. When we are back in Oakland we will definitely return to this location.“
