Staff was friendly , decor was modern but cozy. Prices were decent and drinks were tasty. The overall feel was great, the ambient, the people and music were chill. Has a rooftop area as well. Definitely going back again
I had dinner at Oeste on a recent business trip to Oakland. I walked by and the setting seemed quite pleasant. I sat at the bar and had a burger and a beer. Each met my needs. I was chatting with the couple sitting next to me and they mentioned the roof area which seemed like a great setting from their description. The servers/bartenders were a bot overwhelmed, so service was slow.

Easy to recommend despite the price floor, can't imagine spending under twenty for the basics of eggs and toast here after tax and tip which does fit California but not quite the high crime rate risks of this area. Will hope these great people can stick it out, we were taken care of quickly and had no issues from the attentive staff.
