Customer service is always great. Very nice staff. Great cooks and the dining room is always clean.
Love us some JJ’s. We come to town just to get this food. We drive from Sac to San Jose to get sis, then drive to Oakland to get this. Yes it’s that good. Well worth the money. Iced Lemonades are delicious too.

The service is always good as well, and the staff are friendly. The restaurant is clean and they are attentive and ready to serve the customers' needs.
