So sad about my experience. I got the catfish nuggets and I liked the seasoning, but sadly got sick from just a few bites. The fish was not cooked all the way. Had to throw away my entire meal ?

There food is delicious. Called my order in 25 min early and It just took five min to wrap and give me enough sauce to eat it with. I had snapper and catfish combo it was Smackin. Great food does take time. I like to get my food in 10-15 min but at least it's fresh. The restaurant didn't have many people dining in, they were stopping in to order and coming back to pick it up though. There deserts were amazing looking and the workers at Jjs were really nice and called me sweetheart.

They used to give full plate of fries but now its like Half of the fries are gone because they want to cheat people and put 2 bread slice under the fries to make the plate look like its full, but it's not because half the fries are gone compared to how it was a while back.

The people who work here are very friendly but the service is sporadic. TIP: Even though it's cheaper to order on JJ website than DoorDash or Uber Eats you should order on an established app or they might not find your order. The I had catfish nuggets. The portions were generous, I had enough for two day of modest eating. The fish was oily, the bread soaked up a lot of the oil but I like to eat the bread which I couldn't because all of the oil. The batter is cornmeal that tastes like it is mixed with flour and a sweetener. Hot sauce helped over come the sweetness.The deserts are a firm pass. The banana pudding had NO bananas in it. It was dry from all the Nilla wafers. The tastes was ok, but not bananas = hard pass.I also had peach cobbler. The sauce flavor was okay but it was watery. I don't know what was in it but it wasn't pie crust. It tasted like wet Wheat Chex Cereal. The peaches definitely weren't cooked down. They were from the can and huge. Also, as hard pass.

When I'm in the mood for fried fish, it scratches that itch. Flavorful fried catfish and oysters. Wings are aight. Skip the calamari. We've only gotten delivery. It's sad times when they forget to give you hot sauce and tartar sauce, which happens once in awhile.
