“I just came to this restaurant for lunch and everything was amazing! The food was so delicious, fresh, and full of flavor. What made the experience even better was the customer service. As soon as I walked in, they welcomed me so warmly and made me feel comfortable right away. They were very kind and kept asking if I needed anything, saying they were there to help. It’s rare to find both great food and such excellent hospitality together. Highly recommend this place, and I will definitely come back again!“

“The fried chicken is crispy outside and juicy tender inside. The various chicken combos are good deals. There is a wait for orders because the food is not precooked and sitting under heat lamps. Parking can be difficult and the small parking lot fills up quickly. I will definitely be returning!“

A dear friend insisted I try the pineapple coconut cakes, ordering four and telling me “you will see.” That level of confidence immediately raised my curiosity and it absolutely delivered.

From the moment I walked in, the staff set the tone. They were kind, informative, patient, and genuinely welcoming. That level of service matters, and they got it right.

I initially ordered four plates and appreciated the menu variety, especially seeing whole chicken wings offered. But the real moment came when I sampled the shrimp in my car. It was outstanding. Perfectly seasoned, flavorful, and memorable.

I turned right back around and ordered an additional plate with catfish and shrimp, and that sealed it for me. The shrimp are 🔥🔥🔥!

“Got a regular Red Snapper with fries, I didn't have to ask for any condiments they had it all in the bag, Plus a Ground beef burrito because im greedy an I don't go there much, it seems like it has endless Snapper, fried an seasoned to perfection, its hard to get Snapper around, ate the burrito the next day, an it was still bussing, Whenever im in town it my first Stop fo sho, food came out in less than 15min.“

“We stopped in got some Fish & Chips (cat fish) and Onion rings and soda.As a very picky Aussie who loves good Fish & Chips most stores here in the US I’d score at a 6/10 but this little hole in the wall shop it’s easy an 8/10 the chips where good size the fish was average size for all the US stores I’ve tried but this little store the batter was crispy and the fish cooked perfectly the onion rings where good the Chips where very good but I feel a few extra minutes in the oil would have made them a perfect Crispy outer and hot and fluffy“

“There food is delicious. Called my order in 25 min early and It just took five min to wrap and give me enough sauce to eat it with. I had snapper and catfish combo it was Smackin. Great food does take time. I like to get my food in 10-15 min but at least it's fresh. The restaurant didn't have many people dining in, they were stopping in to order and coming back to pick it up though. There deserts were amazing looking and the workers at Jjs were really nice and called me sweetheart.“

“It is much more than Fish and Chips establishment. It is more like a community hub for people working the 1am to 9am shift.

I ordered the Veggie Breakfast Sandwich, which can simple and delicious. The lady at the counter who is also a cook is quick and kind.

The address on the main Google Maps entry takes you to the SF market administration office. The restaurant itself is in the middle of the eastern wing of the market.“

“Honest Review from someone who eats out every meal. I think this place is extremely clean and well operated. (Although they need to take a moment to wipe the tables where folks just finished eating in the lobby).

The food tastes fresh and is good. I had the fish sandwich today, chicken fingers, and hushpuppies. The sandwich was good, slightly fishy, but good. The chicken is breaded and fried there, so it is fresh, but could be be seasoned better. I also wish the fish was friend in this batter.

My only concern is the cost of the hushpuppies, which are a little over a dollar a piece, so you get five puppies for 6 bucks, I think this should be 8 for 6 dollars.“
